This is just delightful. I wanted to leave a negative review so it'd stay under the radar like Elona did for so long, but that wouldn't be fair to the dev. It's very good and if it was released ten-fifteen years ago, it'd have a cult following.
Honestly, I'm so happy to play this. It's such a pleasure to see that spark again.
Finished the game. I haven't felt this good in years.

Been having a lot of fun so far. The inventory stuff allows for some interesting gimmicks. Enemies are reminiscent of a Mystery Dungeon game, every one has its own gimmick you have to watch out for. Seems like it's got a lot of content, and some different dungeons you can go in that alter the mechanics of the game.
