Super fun and cute murder mystery. I really enjoyed exploring and figuring out all the clues. Especially the treasure hunt. Minor glitch when encountering the bear, but a restart of Steam fixed the game again. And I really enjoyed the ending, Hercule Poirot style.

Murder Is Game Over is a nice 2 hour murder mystery game. You could definitely finish or even complete this game in one sitting if you want.
The plot is understandable and somewhat intriguing although not exactly mind-blowing. The controls and gameplay are simple to understand although I wish it was a bit faster. The pixelated character and background sprites are easy enough to understand and somewhat pleasing. Finally, the music sounds amazing and fits the game's atmosphere very well.
There are easter eggs and treasure hunts when playing the game which while I enjoyed quite a lot, I do feel like the pay-off is not exactly worth it and it was there just to add more content.
Overall, I would recommend the game if you are craving for a short mystery game. And if you like the game, I would recommend checking out the other M.I.G.O. standalone sequels.
