Cute little time-waster game. Simple controls and graphics. You play either as the thief, who has to collect a certain amount of money bags, or you play as the police, who only have to catch the thief. There are 3 maps, and 3 difficulties. Both the thief and the police have some special abilities they can use. You can also play as human, cat, or dog.
Only thing I don't like is the lack of progress notification. Some of the achievements are for things like how many cards you've collected, how many countries you've visited, how much money you've spent, and how much money you've "borrowed" as the thief. Yet there is no way to check your progress.
