On the heels of Hot Milf 4, it would be quite difficult for Hot Milf 5 to impress me. And, admittedly, it did not. These Milfs have a spooky/autumn them, and are depicted as having sex rather in their evolutions after completing the puzzle.
The game is very mediocre for the Hot Milf series. It's nowhere near the level of Hot Milf 6, 9, 2, and 4, but is far from the awfulness of Hot Milf 3. 2/10 Milfs are hot.
