As several have mentioned, this is an Arkanoid type game. As shown the game is rotated to go on the X axis rather than up and down. Surprisingly, this works out well for those who own Steam Decks. The game does not consume a lot of resources and does not require an internet connection so it's a title that you can use when traveling and playing offline with a Steam Deck.
The game has little information (or at least I could find) about the various power up. They are shape and color coded. After you get a few bad ones you begin to see the pattern on which ones do what. The main addition that I like is that it detects when you have a low number of blocks left. Instead of letting you struggle to get that right angle to get those last blocks, it will send out "Next Stage" falling power up that will automatically end the stage. It really helps remove the annoyance of trying to get that one last block which takes up the majority of the stage time.
The game forces you to try and make quick decisions. To you try to run over and get that one power up or do you stay put to make sure you can not lose a ball. The only negative is that sometimes the colors all blend together so it can take a minute to see what is part of the background, what are stage obstacles, and what are blocks you have to get.

It's your typical Arkanoid type game, where your paddle is on the Y axis instead of X axis. The game is a lot of fun and has a nice stage skip feature. Also, this game works great with an arcade spinner.
