who the heck put fast food joint on each corner on every street?
i mean if this game were realistic including all those sales and perhap take place on america, yea no wonder their healthcare were expensive af, putting more fund to clean those extra fat is not cheap.
Summary Review:

[th] About[/th] [th] Description[/th]

Gᴀᴍᴇᴘʟᴀʏ What do you expect from a developer who has been making mobile games and just ports them to Steam for an easy cash grab? Welp, definitely the same thing, no new performance fixes. Burger Bistro Story is a fast-food simulation game where you manage a burger chain. You can create your own burgers with custom ingredients and even give them whatever name you like. It’s a hella grindy game where you need to wait, make recipes, and, ofc, hire employees like a real capitalist. You train them so their skills improve, and their payroll increases... something that never happens in real life. It’s a simple game, but you’ll need some trial and error to figure out how the mechanics work. Unlike other simulation games where you can freely place tables and decorations, this one doesn’t allow customization. All upgrades and decorations are preset, so you have no control over your restaurant’s layout. Yeah, it’s definitely not the kind of simulation game you’d expect. Overall, it’s a grindy game where you wait to earn money, then upgrade, hire, and do other basic tasks. The only thing that makes micromanagement a hell is when you have multiple chains and need to check each restaurant one by one to see their progress and also that bonus or shop guy. It’s decent, nothing mind-blowing.

Gʀᴀᴘʜɪᴄ Welp, based on the screenshot, you can already tell—it’s decent pixel art. Though, tbh, the food looks tasty. Ofc, when it comes to the recipe-making gameplay, it can look horrible, especially since it’s a 2D sprite trying to mimic a 3D burger. Overall, I have no complaints, but yeah, I need to mention the bad hitboxes. Sometimes, you’ll miss clicking the object you want to select, and it gets more annoying the more restaurants you have. That issue still hasn’t been fixed to this day.

Mᴜʟᴛɪᴘʟᴀʏᴇʀ No

Cᴏɴᴛʀᴏʟ Works fine with mouse and keyboard, but missed clicks happen often... Pixel perfect? More like pixel miss!

Pʟᴀʏᴛɪᴍᴇ Welp, the game has literally no main or side stories, but! You can definitely reach 10+ hours of playtime just because of how grindy it is. Ofc, for me personally, I wouldn’t call this game addictive... nah, it’s just for people who want to waste their time on an overpriced $9 mobile port with no new features.

Sᴛᴏʀʏ Story? What do you want? A romance where a manager gets fired from a wealthy bank, curses the bank, starts his own business, then accidentally ends up in a scam industry until he loses his job, his wife, and all his children. only to throw everything he has into a food chain and somehow become successful? Actually, nah, I made that up. There’s no story in this game. You just compete against other fast-food chains in a city. I suggest playing the game on the PC rather than using the controller to manage multiple restaurants. I think it would be easier on a bigger screen especially since there are so many simultaneous tasks throughout the game. It can be overwhelming at first when you need to achieve targets for the restaurant (e.g. a certain number of customers, the amount needs to be earned within a specified period), manage ingredient stock, catch up with the potential customer who walks randomly in front of the restaurant, staff and manager training and of course, create new burgers, side dishes, drinks and desserts. However, when you reach a certain stage, you probably feel it's getting repetitive. A player can open up to ten restaurants if you want to unlock all the different customers and ingredients. Unlocking all ingredients also allows you to unlock all the combinations for the drinks, side dishes and desserts. The funny thing is scallions and parsley can't be used to make soup. Any fruits can be combined with cream to make float drinks except bananas. Overall, it can be a time-consuming game if you wish to unlock all recipes and customers. However, I really enjoyed playing the game, and it was very addictive because there was always something happening. The only minor issue I encountered was the game stopped working twice when I was trying to name the burger. I'm not sure why, but it's not a huge issue as the game has an auto save feature.
