I don't do game reviews often (shame on my dastardly soul) and nor have I actually played Spirittea much (shame on me once more, for I have sinned) but this game is wonderful. The concept of it is fantastic and the execution is even better. I love this game and wholeheartedly recommend it.

Cute game. Reminds me a lot of Stardew Valley, only you run a bath house for spirits instead of a farm. A bit more grindy than Stardew and not as enjoyable. Some of the items you need for various quests are super hard to find or are stupidly hard to obtain and that can take away from game play. Having to chase squirrels for seed bags is a bit repetitive and gets old pretty fast, but eventually you get what you need (hopefully).

The good
- The Spirited Away -themed feeling: if you enjoy it, you will love this
- grind made interesting by small missions
- engaging dialogue and characters
- play at your own pace (mostly)
The bad: missing guidance
- How can I get a second duck to feed the algae growing in my baths?
- How do I know if the spirit type is Spring, Summer etc.
- Tiny inventory!?
- no idea what to do will all the stuff I collect
- the minigames seem rather pointless
- there's not really a need for your character to eat... WHY?!
Overall: I feel I still have a lot to discover. The keyboard issue with "Run" -button located to Left Shift pained my hand, but changing it to "R" will probably allow me to play more. Any keyboard user should change the controls.
