I enjoy playing this game! In my opinion there's space for a lot of new features.
You might encounter bugs from time to time, but I did not find it unplayable, I like the fact that it is possible to customise the ambulance and the sirens.
Driving around the cities with with a quite good management of AI (still room for improvement as pedestrian can cross the road even when the siren and lights are on which can lead to a gameover, or the car refusing to move to let some space to the ambulance)
Implementing a modding API could maybe help the game to grow thanks to the active community.
It seems like the developers are mixed when it comes to make further updates.
I can only encourage them to continue, hoping more positive feedbacks will motivate them to continue and get a good budget to make this game grow.
There's diverse callouts and with DLC you get even more places to visit and additionnal customisation. I decided to get all the DLC hoping it can motivate them to continue developing this game even if I don't think my action will change anything.
I don't understand some of the reviews in which they seem to write more positive points than negative ones and still make the review as not recommendable.
As a reminder, it's a simulation game, repetition is part of the gameplay, and if you want it to be more diverse in its content, it is better encouraging the dev team to continue working on the game than leaving a negative review with useless and small sentenses in which they write the first thing they found fustrating in the game.
I see some complaints about the price of the game. I personally find the price correct compared to some simulator games. And it helps the developers to have enough budget to work on adding some additionnal content and new features.
However, if the developers decide to stop maintain this game, then the price should be decreased as the price itself kind of says that new content is ahead, but if the game is abandoned, then the price is too high and should be reduced.
I am looking forward and can only recommend the developpers to continue working on this game.
To conclude, it's a game that has a great potential, it just need more updates and bugfixes as it did not change much since its initial release which is why the games reviews are mixed.

I was so excited to play this game and ended up purchasing it in March. I have not even gotten a chance to play this game due to the crashes and bugs in this game. It seems like everyone is having problems and the game developers have officially given up. There has not been any updates in 2 months. Do not buy this game or support the developers. I wish I would have requested a refund within the two week time span. Unfortunately this is about to be uninstalled from my library. Again, DO NOT BUY.

I really do love this game — it’s very realistic, and the map feels like a living, breathing city. If you decide to get the game, just note that it’s massive and the download might take up to 5 hours depending on your internet speed. But it’s totally worth it!

AI voices are so aggressively obvious and completely flat. Honestly would have been a better experience w/o any voice acting. Completely robs the game of emotion. I'll come back to this game when if they actually hire and pay talent or remove the AI voices altogether

Needs work. Overall I like the concept of this game. It seems to be the most detailed paramedic simulator that I have seen. Some cases are quite difficult to understand as they make you triage all patients, however, you pick whichever one you want to transport. The rest are all just left on scene. I have been in emergency medicine for over eight years and it marks some critical interventions that I did wrong, despite, medical evidence supporting my treatments. The driving is my biggest complaint. Even basic aspects are lacking including brake lights, headlights, and overall poor control over the vehicle. At this current time I would not recommend this game. I feel it still needs additional tweaks for a layperson to be able to play this.

I played this game, at first I was really exited. My computer has the recomended processor, yet I was totaly unable to smoothly run the game. It was lagging so much I can no longer play it, and I have never seen something like this before.
I urge you not to get this game!

This game is good fun. It has bugs still and some details are incorrect but the devs seem determined to fix it all. Which is rare these days. I do think it should have been released as Early Access though. But it's good and not too expensive for what it currently has.
Update: You will play it until you rage quit because of the bugs. But you will have fun until then. Also avoid the Bay Side DLC. Once you get to the island your ambulance will hit many invisible bumps in the road and go flying through the air. It's so broken.
Final update: I've had to change my mind and say don't buy this. I've read on the Discord that the patches have been paused because the devs have had their funding stopped due to bad reviews. So it looks like the many, many bugs will not be getting fixed. As much as I want to give this a good review again and raise the chances of the game being fixed, I can't. The bugs just get soooo annoying and they spoil what would be a great game. I'm sorry devs but if you had actually tested the game and fixed these many problems before release you wouldn't be in this situation. So no I can't recommend a very broken game to anyone that, by the looks of it, is now never going to be fixed. It's not fair on anyone. Do not buy unless it gets fixed.
