A very enjoyable adventure, went places I did not expect, loveable characters. An easy recommendation if you enjoy deception, light detective work, power struggles and politics [spoiler] in wartime [/spoiler].
The core gameplay has more to do with figuring out each character's motive, which is also how you're rated as opposed to the more paperwork-focused aspect of Papers Please.

Cute, funny, beautiful casual game with a surprising amount of depth in the story telling - choices do matter. It's not a steep learning curve which is great for a casual game, but challenging enough if you want to delve more into each story to keep up the good ratings.

I would do anything to play this game for the first time all over again. I really hope the developers make another game like this, I would definitely buy! Lil' Guardsman is so charming with an amazing atmosphere, funny dialogue, compelling choice system, great interactivity, and talented voice acting! I cannot recommend enough!

This game is a masterpiece of it's genre. It's comedy was perfectly on par with my sense of humor but it took itself seriously enough to still be a compelling narrative. An absolute 10/10 for me.

The game really nails the silly fantasy world feeling. Gives me (early) discworld vibes. Also, the voice acting is amazingly good. There's even a singing would be princess (though thankfully, she was quickly arrested).
Oh, I should also add - this is a little darker than I was expecting, but that's a good thing. Overall everything is light and just for fun, but the game does touch on some serious topics. Just thought I would mention it.
