What a great start to a game, I can't wait to complete it.

This is fresh. It's very good to see more horror games not scared to let me confront the horror head on.
Scary and with it's inspirations on it's sleeve, this is the perfect horror game for me.
If you like to have atmosphere at the front of your game, and are tired of ''cinematic'' horror games, this is a perfect pallet cleanser.

I'm going to say: The atmosphere and the overall aspect of the game is very good, but in my perception, the good qualities of the game ends there.
Barely half hour into the game and it's already just throwing random scary stuff at me with no thought of design or build up whatosoever, just feel like one more game in this horde of short, cheap and quick horror games who only really serves streamers who want to get a cheap horror game to have something to amuse their audience. But as a singleplayer experience, it puts no effort in standing out or create any kind of memorable experience, at all.
The price really fits it well though - cheap.
I'm not trying to be mean, but there isn't anything to this game besides the short-horror trend that's been going on recently.

i wasn't able to finish it. and that angers me. the - i guess - final boss was just too difficult for me. after many tries i just gave up. not worth a headache. the game itself is okay. it's spooky but the amount of difference in monsters isn't really there. yet the few models we get are spooky though.

Pretty fun short story! WELL worth the price. Had some clever enemies there, some good horror atmospheres. Wouldn't call it super scary, though.

I beat this game in one sitting in 45 minutes, so it is short.
For about $3 I guess it is priced right.
I still had lots of fun with it despite the length.
The graphics are retro dated but it was still fun.
Basically it is a first person view, silent hill type game in a school, with well designed monsters and a fun boss at the end.
Nothing really ground breaking here but I had fun for about an hour.
7/10

It is a bit junky but if you liked games like lost in vivo this has a pretty similar vibe. Can't wait for the full release

At first sight you would be forgiven for thinking you're playing a copy of Silent Hill, since Psychosis, from solo dev Aaron Gilbert, doesn't stray too far from it's main inspiration.
A nice retro style and some tight gameplay make Psychosis a new welcome addition to the retro aesthetic that became so popular in the last 3 years. Creepy, moody, and dark, albeit short, this is a teaser of bigger things to come. I can't wait to see what Aaron will do in the main game, but, if this teaser is anything to go by, be prepared for something that will make your skin crawl.

Dont be fooled by its looks. This isnt another crappy retro game. This is high quality workmanship here.
The game excels at its story (so far) and absolutely nails atmosphere. It creates a high sense of dread the whole time youre playing. The monsters, while not exactly "scary" are indeed unique designs and unsettling if you really try to imagine them in higher def. The gunplay is good. The melee works SURPRISINGLY well in that each hit feels like I connected with a satisfying thud.
Theres a fun puzzle near the end of the teaser as well. Nothing too difficult but just satisfying to do.
This game has set the bar high and I hope it can continnue to deliver as it expands and more content is added. I am very impressed and I give this game a serious 10/10.
*I will update the review as new content comes out.*
