I'm not sure what kind of magic this game spelled on me but it's probably the very first game where I actually enjoyed tackling the puzzles. All of them were logical and not frustrating. The story was very enjoyable as well. There are not a lot of games that made me cry out of joy at their ending, but this game is one of them.

Really excellent mystery/sci-fi game. The setting is intriguing and the central issues around which the various mysteries circulate is genuinely not black-and-white and required serious consideration. The mysteries too are solid, but set up in a way that makes them very solvable (with the exception of [spoiler] the server access code [/spoiler] that I did look up).

Overall somewhat boring, There are a few bugs in the interface, like not being able to scroll down to important bits in the comms section. And the name of the thing you're clicking on being wrong.
Everything is divided up in a way that's unintuitive, looking at cases, evidence and comms here.
Overall the story was meh.
I'd give it a neutral rating, but not possible so I'm picking "No" to recommending it.

Well designed puzzles that escalate in difficulty as the cases grow more complex. The game offers minimal guidance in how to solve the cases which did result in me getting stumped a few times, but I actually greatly enjoyed that. It felt truly like a detective game.
The story is also one I enjoyed. The twist at the end was not the one I was expecting which was a pleasant surprise!
I got one ending but only solved 7/10 cases fully so I'll have to try again next run!
One thing of note: The game does not allow you to manually save or load a specific save state. Your choices are final. There is no going back in one play through. So you will have to replay it fully to find out where you made the mistake. The game is a fairly short game though so I don't mind that all that much, but I understand others may.

On the whole, it's a good game with a few issues that I feel let it down.
- Good cases
- Decent cast
- [Mostly] good puzzles
- Lots of hidden secrets to pull out
Bad stuff
- Evidence and discussing evidence is a shambolic mess. You've got over 50 items in your evidence list with no formatting or sorting, and many of them are very similar-looking character portraits that you literally never use to discuss evidence.
- The ping puzzle actually has multiple possibilities and no clear way to easily solve it, with the only solution I came up with being to slowly extract bits of the map one at a time and splice them together so you can manually work out how far the pings go. Having something to cover this would be helpful.
- Wayyyyy too few responses to evidence, and some are comically specific. If I'm told to "ask the navigators" about something, all the navigators should give at least some response acknowledging me asking them instead of a generic refusal.
- No easy way of knowing where a character is at any given point. You know where they work and live, and sometimes are directly told where they currently are, but plenty of times you just sort of have to wander around and hope you find them.
