I liked the game but it was too short and too easy. There are only 16 levels and I found the treasures (usually 10 per level) in a single rotation (of the scenes). I didn't like having to hold the "ctrl" button to scroll...should be able to just hold the LMB and do it. Even the music was kinda irritating and thankfully quit playing at Level 2 (I don't know why it cut off--it still worked if I went into options but meh!). Steam doesn't have a "so-so" option so I am giving it a thumbs up--the scenes themselves were very pretty and very detailed--too bad the devs didn't make more use of them. As it is you shouldn't pay full price for this--it should be one of those 99 cent games at this point imo. I really hope there will be DLC for this!

I can see why the 'TINY' is in capitals, not so much the 'ISLANDS'. Took about 10 minutes of play to actually finish; my game time includes making a coffee and answering the door.
I've played a lot of this style games. They seem quite popular at the moment, and I usually really enjoy them. Not so much here. I found the music grating, repetitive and inappropriate. (Turned if off after about 40 seconds, although I kept switching it back on to see if it changed as the game progressed; it didn't).
The UI is best described as 'terse'; doesn't even remember which level screen you were on, for example. The camera can only rotate (a bit erratically), not tilt. But (and this is the real WTF for me) you have to hold down control to rotate the scene. The game recognises both right mouse button and scroll wheel. But you have to pretty much press CTRL for the whole time you're playing the game.
Most of the objects are far from hidden, hence the short play time (that and the fact there are only 16 levels).
The dioramas are, for the most part, well constructed. So I'll give it that. And I guess for small children it's possibly better value.
I had originally said in this review that it was cheap (a pound or so); but I've just re-visited the store page and THAT is the biggest WTF. I got on sale for £3, and the actual price is maybe some kind of sick joke? £8 for 10 minutes of play? Now I'm convinced the existing reviews are either payed, scammed, or simply friends/family of the developer. Biggest. Rip. Off. Evah!
If you want a hidden object-diorama-em-up there are far better bangs for your buck out there. In fact, I'd say pretty much all of them.

It was cute, but WAAAAAAY too short. Had it allowed you to spend more time in each scene, it would have felt more worth the money, but the items weren't exactly hidden.
Personally, I paid $2.19 on sale. Don't pay that. Wait till it's under $2, preferably under $1. The reason why I have as much time in it as I do is because I was afk for a bit of it. There just isn't enough of a game here.
I would say there's enough work put into the interesting and cute little scenes to make it nice to have just for that reason, but the gameplay is barely there.
