Can't recommend it.
Technically speaking: No you don't have to use Ren'py when creating a Visual Novel but if you don't you have to do something at least as good. Here you can't go back if you've clicked too quickly, can't change the speed of the text,etc...
Graphically speaking: Pretty generic. If it had been released two years later I would have thought that it was AI graphics. On the plus side the faces are animated (not very well but still).
The voices: well not everybody is made to dub an anime character. There's got to be emotion in there. And mixing -kun, -sensei with a Russian accent is pretty weird.
The dialogs: The translation could be better. And those dialogs ugh. Here's the beginning of a dialog: "Do you want to be my boyfriend. Yes Why not. You have big breasts".
The story: It is supposed to be about bullying but in fact almost everybody in this story is a psychopath and I wouldn't want to meet them IRL.
