There's some fun to be had, but it suffers from a severe lack of guidance or tutorial. Need an iron ingot? Best go google and hope you find some dev blog that mentioned how. Need a crafting station? Well, it's neither explained what exactly are crafting stations in this game neither how you get them. So I guess I'll have to wait until I stumble across a campfire in the second or third dungeon by accident.
All in all, I wouldn't call the experience satisfying, rather frustrating.
