This is like an animated sudoku book in that you finish all the puzzles that are completely disconnected from each other and then you're done.
There's no story here (you can infer some things given the animation of the characters, but it's tenuous and shallow) and there's no real ending other than "welp done." I'd rather do the puzzle book, honestly.
