Good cheap puzzle game with a few interesting puzzles but a few unintuitive jumps for secrets. The "final" puzzle is a bit of a visual headache inducer. Zap blocks could use a better way to check alignments. It does highlight, but only if it's a valid placement position, but can end up on other solid areas that cause some guesswork.

Of the Cosmos 9 games thus far, this is the one that definitely feels the most like a "complete" game, with standard content, secrets, and a decent playtime and difficulty to it. And while sequence puzzles aren't generally my favorites, this one's solid enough and has some cleverly hidden extras to it, even if it has a tad bit of a learning curve to it. Neat, maybe not essential, but worth the time & money you'd spend on it. As for the bundle as a whole... it really feels like a game jam that they're making you pay to play. Half the games are either tech demos or just feel... unpolished, and they're all a bit too far on the short side to be particularly engaging. And there's no real cohesion between the graphical design or the controls meaning the whole "console" gimmick doesn't really hold up. The whole set is definitely a bit overpriced and even at the 50% off price point I can't say it felt worth the time I spent with them all. If you do have to get any games in this pack, Triga is probably worth full price, Linelith and IFO are pretty cool albeit a bit underdeveloped and probably worth it on sale, and maaaaybe Tendy and Frequency Dissonance are worth it on sale but those are hard to recommend otherwise, and the other four are either too tedious or too underdeveloped to be even worth your time, so I'd give the bundle as a whole a pass.

Triga is a very fun puzzle game, and it has a nice difficulty. It isnt extremely hard, But some of the later puzzles and most of the bonus stuff is fairly difficult. Completing the last level especially is a head scratcher. The music is great, and the visuals are pleasing, too. The puzzles work very well, for the most part. In some of the last levels, speed can be used to solve puzzles. I do not know if it is cheese or required, but it is not that good either way. The only actual gripe is that each new mechanic is kind of thrown at you as if you already know how to use it. The game is clearly trying to not hold your hand, but in order to do that, the first level of each mechanic needs to more clearly outline how the mechanic works. Right now, you have to do a lot of experimentation in the levels in order to figure out how a new piece works.

A clever little puzzler, there are hidden levels to unlock. It starts off simple and then gets devilishly difficult. Also like the music - it is a pleasant way to kill a few hours if you like puzzles.

Pretty good! Love the aesthetic, and the puzzles are well-crafted. My only real complaint is the difficulty curve seems rather steep. The first few puzzles are very easy, and then it veers sharply into "ouuuegh auuhghgh me head hurt" territory. But that's not necessarily bad for a puzzle game, and the charming style carries it well.

The soundtrack is worth the price of admission, and you get a cool and intuitive puzzle game that doesn't outstay it's welcome along with it? With a bonus of intrigue thrown in for spice? I'd post a positive review on steam with my name attached to it for that, sure!
No secrets included
Oh boy, I really liked this one. You remember those flash puzzle games that you played as a kid? Now polish them up and make them 2x more fun to play and you got Triga. The base mechanic, which is dropping triangles in a triangle-grid map, while basic and simple at first has very very interesting implications later. You will find yourself dropping a push triangle in a place where it will push another push triangle which after being pushed will push a detonating triangle to a place where you can't normally place them and after that you will use beam triangle to detonate it and will complete 1/3 of the given level. All while doing this some rad music plays. If I had to pick on game from this pack which I would make a fully-fletched out game with 8hr playtime it would definitely have been Triga. It's just too fun. I also really liked the ending which
reminded me a lot of the Inscryption - wish that this game was as huge as that one and it had whole ARG pinned to it (or maybe it has one and we just don't know)
If you have to buy just one game from this pack but Triga - you wont' be disappointed

I think the title picture does not represent the game right. There are now whacky triangular characters in Earthworm Jim style. There is no rule explanation or tutorial to speak of, so the learning curve might be a little steep. However, underneath all that there is a solid puzzle game with nicely designed puzzles. A bit outlanding, but still very much enjoyable.

Really fun short puzzle game. It doesn't have any text tutorials so you find out about every mechanic via experimentation. I love the sense of discovery in this game, from the mechanics to the story. I 100% completed the game walkthroughless and although I frequently felt very stumped, never felt completely hopeless. Highly recommend.

Solving Triga's puzzles often feel like lining up dominoes just so to achieve the right chain reaction. It reminds me of the puzzle mode in Critter Crunch, where you have to visualize successive board states after minimal inputs. This isn't really my preferred mode of puzzling, but I still think Triga does a solid job. The puzzles sometimes get visually messy- more on that in a moment- but I was always able to work toward a solution with a bit of experimentation. It helps that many of the solutions are thoughtful or clever in some way, which is what matters in the end. That said, it is kind of a headache to initially parse some puzzles, especially later on as they take up more space, include more pre-set pieces, and give you more pieces to place yourself. What seems intended as the final puzzle gives you a whopping 18 pieces to place over a sprawling area with multiple elements. Personally I consider this complexity over depth, and not the right way to design a final puzzle. Other late-game puzzles are less egregious offenders, but it is a general issue for me. Compounding this issue is the fact that most puzzles take up only a small fraction of screen space in the center- for a standard desktop display, at least. The graphics could have been easily doubled in size, and there probably still would have been ample screen space left over except for maybe that final puzzle. Even were that a problem, perhaps some kind of camera pan or zoom could be implemented. It just seems like a waste of space, and a potential accessibility problem. A more minor note, but while Triga follows games like Stephen's Sausage Roll in not providing any explicit tutorial, I'm not sure the concepts came as naturally to me in this case. I felt like I was stumbling over basic rules for maybe the first third of the game, personally. Regardless, with secondary tasks and secrets in addition to the main puzzles, Triga feels like a complete package, and might be the most developed entry in the CosmOS 9 bundle. So long as you don't hate the domino-like puzzling style, it's probably worth a look.
