Quirky point and click adventure with some pretty unorthodox puzzles.

i've spent several days figuring out the very last puzzle going in circles and looking at the jiggling ears but it was worth it!

I loved the idea of this game and the art style but it has too many downsides. - The puzzles make no sense, good luck figuring them out. - There seems to be no ending (nothing to do in chapter 3), and the devs wont reply to emails. - Worst downside: The games is only about 20-30 mins of gameplay/story for $10. Don't bother with this unless you can get it for free.

Your run-of-the-mill pretentious dross, with a paper-thin narrative, meta puzzles, and a dose of pixel hunting. The auteur calls their keyboard-driven side-scroller a point n' click, which should give you a clue. The finale is so meta that, as soon as you are given the task, you know it's gonna be meta, cheap and uninspired. Then once you've figured out what was required, you'll shrug, quit this den of tripe and tropes, and download a game showing actual creative effort.

The puzzles were too random, and the ending didn't make sense, in a way that was too sad without a real message

I haven't had a game make me tear up in a long, loong time. It's gonna stay in my head, that's a guarantee. It's not perfect, some of the puzzles confused me and I plead guilty of looking up how to do a few of them.
(post fruitflies I'm looking at you.)
The most interesting one was
the one with clicking the NO button with the primate. I think the game would benefit from more "dynamic" puzzles like that one.
. The game tries to be self-aware a bit too hard, but that is something I like, that's its charm. It's not a "cozy but philosophical cute dog" type of a game, it gets ironic, Laika swears, it breaks the immersion a little but it makes me snort. I like Laika sarcastic and a little mean, she's got every right to that. I greatly enjoyed it all, it's beautiful. Soundtrack is wonderful, I could listen to it on loop for a long, long time, It's a cool take on Laika's story, and I think it cemented my decision to get a Laika tattoo.
Thank you for letting me comfort her at the end.
A cute game and a bit creepy at the same time. I liked the story line (animals + point and click + outer space = you got me). I liked the art style and the (sometimes sarcastic) narration but this is still a subjective point as much as the difficulty of the puzzles which was challenging enough for me. Thanks for a few good hours!

Honestly? I was waiting for something better. The game was kind of pointless to be honest with the "story" (if I can call that a story after all). The "puzzles" was random and you had to check some Guides or a YouTube video to find the clue, as it was hard to find or you end up walking and clicking-checking everything. It is a pitty because it could be a very good game with an interesting story. For almost 1 hour to complete this game the price is really not worth it. Better to check the game on a discount if you want it so bad or you want to help the developers to earn some cash.

Am I? is a short, weird, unusual game. It's something like a point and click adventure, but only insofar as you interact with things by using the mouse (plus A and D to walk left and right). You control Laika, the first dog in space, on a tiny planet à la The Little Prince. The puzzles are very vague and it's not always clear exactly what you are supposed to do, but the spaces to explore are so small and there is so little stuff to interact with that you will probably still have completed the game in under an hour. It's never frustrating so much as it is baffling. At the end it's not entirely clear what the point of the story was, and yet... there is something endearing about the experience. If you enjoy quirky indie games and want to have a quick playthrough something that feels unique, this is well worth it.
