Very tightly knit mixture of Oregon Trail and a post-apocalyptic RPG of your choice. While it is brutally minimalistic in presentation and the variety of content, it manages to deliver an engaging experience of a journey through the wastes on a quest to help your home. The events, the systems and the quests are balanced enough to be fun and rewarding yet risky when you mishandle your resources. The aesthetic also clicks for me in a surprising way; with the whole game being packed in a screen of 64x64, it's a pleasant suprise to be sure. Overall, it's a solid experience!
As of the time of writing, you could probably accurately approximate the amount of people who played/bought the game based on the achievement completion and leaderboards - quite a rare sight, if a bit depressing... Hopefully this will change sometime. :)
