Very witty, and incredibly unique, Mycosis is a real gem for collectors and enjoyers of indie games. I can't remember the last time I was so drawn to a 2D sidescroller like this. I pumped in the hours hunting for the hidden secrets (which do not disappoint), never waiting for the end. It must be good design. Mycosis has a well-rounded, three-act structure. Backtracking is possible, but not necessary. Each room is a puzzle to solve with what you have on-hand. The south-park style animation really shines, and the soundtrack never got boring. Plus, now I know that picric acid "explodes really well". Definitely worth your time!

This 2D arcade game is a unique masterpiece in the realm of low-fi sci-fi, standing out with its originality and artistic touch. It's rare to encounter a game that embraces the 'science' in science fiction as earnestly as this one does. The minimalist style complements the deeply scientific themes, providing a gameplay experience that is both intriguing and refreshingly novel. If you're looking for a game that truly embodies the essence of science fiction, look no further. This game impressively pushes the boundaries of what sci-fi in gaming can be.

Played the demo to the end, and the main game is pretty good as well, its like 2d halflife, and the puzzle are pretty entertaining, but you can stockpile if you want to fight your way through everything if puzzles aren't your thing. Would recommend!
