001 Earth is not a game you should buy. Why? Because it's barely a game at the moment, and looks like it'll remain that way for quite some time. None of the mechanics or features listed on the store page exist in the game. Currently you can generate a 3x3 biome world, walk left and right, and jump. There is nothing to interact with, nothing to build, nothing to craft, nothing to fight... nothing to do.
Until this game shows significant development progress, stay far away.
