They routinely update and upgrade everything so if you have been on the fence just buy the game.

RimWorld with diplomacy, Knights , Lords, espionage, Family & heirs and disputes like Ck3. very recommended especially if you liked RimWorld.

I very rarely give reviews but for this game... well I had to.
Norland is Early Access Game with frequent updates/bugfixes and even new features added. This game has some vibe from times when games where meant to be "fun". I have 83H and still want to play more because it is a fun game with lots possibilities.
Remember starting buildings are not the only one. More buildings will show when learned by certain knowlege like: scaffold, training grounds, walls, towers and gates etc..
( !!!>expect some bugs in EA games until realease

I love this game. It's Crusader Kings but without heavy menuing, and it's Rimworld without heavy micro. It sacrifices these aspects in both games in order to merge them together to create what I think is a perfect middleground. No more worrying about how to make a fridge, you can instead start writing your story on who you want to rule, seduce, invite, help, poison, and sleep with. Exceptionally fun and can't wait for more!

This game is incredibly immersive—I often lose track of time while playing, with 4-5 hours passing by in no time! The new update is great, and I haven’t encountered any major bugs.
However, a few minor improvements would make it even better. After defeating the Mother Sophia horde, the game just ends. It would be great to have an option to continue playing. Also, performance issues start showing up when my town reaches around 70-80 people, with noticeable freezing. Once it hits 100 people, the game becomes nearly unplayable, with major freezes every 20-30 seconds lasting about 10 seconds each.
Aside from that, I really love the game and the latest update. Keep up the great work!

I really like this game. Finally a resource-building city-state game where I don't have to play too much on the politics, build an army, fight/defend other city states, trading, etc. Easier than Rimworld and slightly downscale version of Tropico 6. Since it's not a version 1.0 yet, I'm excited to see what more is in store for us. The game lags up a ton towards the end, but I hope the developers make an update on this. Glad this is an early access!

100 plus hours in and so far all good... plays well, looks good.. and no bugs :)
had a few ideas for future updates...
use of the water, fishing even boat building.
more mining, such as coal or gems.
each race has its very own unique person... ie a jester, healer, blacksmith, law keeper.
horses... breeding, trading, riding into battle.
farming of different animals.. cows, chickens.
catapults for city wall attacks.
hot oil for city wall defence.
family trees for peasants.
the stocks.... a new form of punishment for criminals, locals can then throw rutabagas at them.
just me putting afew ideas out there....
