I am liking it very much. For now, I've seen that the base mechanic turns around everything I knew about how a shooter works. KILLING is not always a winning condition, now it can also be to DIE. And to DIE AGAIN. The story is being profound so far, and I suspect it will become more intense as I advance because it's opening very interesting fronts.

It is a pretty unique concept in which you have to die to survive. The gameplay is super enjoyable, and although this is a fast-action game, one of the things I liked the most is that some levels are designed more like a puzzle that you have to solve to reach the exit, making you rethink your strategy before making your next move. I won't spoil anything about the story, but keep playing after you finish it since there are a few more surprises ;)

I'm really liking it, it's a shooter with a twist that makes you think twice before pulling the trigger. I recommend it because I'm finding it fun and I even feel them as puzzles but action, I find it a very interesting mix of concepts! :)

A really unique game in which action and puzzles will be part of the gameplay. In my opinion this is a difficult mix that this game is doing perfectly. Also the aesthetics and the game feel are awesome. Completely recommended.

Some really interesting and original mechanics. What initially seems like a straightforward gameplay evolves as you progress through levels, presenting challenges that demand the use of wit and logic. All of this, combined with fun and frenetic action, makes it a truly enjoyable game to play. Highly recommended!

I don't usually give reviews on the games I buy from Steam, but this one definitely deserved it. I have played this game on both the PC and PS5 versions, and I can say that on both platforms the game feels brilliant in both gameplay and graphics. Shooting is extremely satisfying (OMG the shotgun), and the level design certainly helps bring out the most original idea. At first the game starts calmly so that you get used to its mechanics, but as you advance through the levels, the gameplay becomes frenetic, which is perfect for this game. Additionally, along the way you will find new weapons that will add much more dynamism to the game. You can beat levels in multiple ways, which gives it a lot of replayability. On the technical side, the game feels completely polished and at no time has it had performance problems or crashes (learn, ubisoft). I can only thank the developers for carrying out such an original idea, and recommend this title 100%!

Die Again brings us a post-Apocalyptic setting where the "Blue Blood Virus" has infected the whole world. Since then, when someone dies near you, their spirit takes your body, and you're the one who will really die. It also works in vice versa, so the game offers an interesting setting to play with. I simply love this concept! I don't want to spoil the game but the creator has achieved to introduce a very interesting plot, and there are also some cool side events around the day to day of the characters that makes you think about the problems of their world. For example: - How do you know this person near you is still your partner and not someone who has possessed it's body and wants to kill you? Would you still trust them? - Or other things like the fact that every sick or old person is pushed aside to avoid possessing another body if they die, but do you really think they won't try something about before dying? Regarding the gameplay, as the game is mostly made by a single developer, I didn't expect too much about the feeling of the game, but I think that is quite compelling. The gameplay remembers me to Hotline Miami but with the twist that you can't kill directly someone near to you, but suicide is an option. Also you can make their team mates think that you are still their mate, and THAT is amazing. I love it, and I want more! There are different ways to finish some levels, different weapons to play with and also it tracks your high score, so I it offers some replayability to extend the game duration. Asides from that, I think that the game from time to time overexplains a lot of things that are easy to understand. So sometimes there's too much text on the screen for something that maybe is not necessary to explain at all I still have to finish it but this game has a lot of potential both in the plot and the gameplay sides. For more extra information, I'm playing on a Steam Deck and it works fine. EDIT: I finished it and I still recommend it :D Also I would like to say that in the later levels, some of them have short cutscenes. I would have liked to see some in the earlier ones as well.
