I'm fond of all things Vedic, but I will judge objectively.
First of all, the price. There are free online tools which you can find in less than a minute. The first link in my search gave me the free, no registration tool to get the PDF, with 56 pages, with charts, tables, a lot of stuff. This program generate 16 pages.
There's a section called "Your Kundli Varga Charts", but without charts, just some text, which looks like the general description.
The program requires you to enter city, state and country. But let me guess, it's just text which is never used in the actual computations and location lookup. But this is important. Latitude and Longitude, which also means specific time zone and time correction, without which the time of birth info contribution is also questionable.
I'm looking forward to the improvements, but in the current state, it has some very rough edges.
