I went into this game completely blind, the only context I had was watching the trailer for it and playing The Enigma Machine (this is a sequel). For an unassuming $10, I got way more than what I payed for. It is genuinely criminal how so many people missed out on this game, maybe it really was a few years too early. It is a "role playing" game, in the sense of you have a role to play. There isn't a skill true or cool items, truly just a [ROLE]. What this game does really well is not show you all of its cards at once. It blatantly tells you one thing, but doesn't mind pulling the rug from underneath you because it feels like it. If you pay attention while doing a bit of exploring, you will be rewarded with an experience that will be hard to forget or compare to anything else. I truly love this game dearly and wish I had found it sooner. Please play this game I'm begging you
