The story is ambiguous, and there is a lot of absurdity in it. I wandered around the rooms for a long time, and decided to go outside, where I was almost devoured by a pack of hungry wolves. On the other hand, the flashlight does not scare them at all. I'll try to figure it out for myself.

DarkHouse is not the dark horse horror indie game one might hope for here. Lame jump scares and a very low IQ doctor who is supposed to be scary.. just isn't scary at all. It comes off feeling more desperate to get jump scares than actually being scary.

MY SCORE: 4 out of 10. While a nice first title on Steam, lame jump scares and searching for items in 50 dark rooms with no real story or motivation to play is just "not fun" in my opinion. I Cannot Recommend this at the $10 USD asking price.
