Chill fishing game with simple mechanics and good atmospheric vibes that always give you a sense of dull tension. There is no real horror element to Mysteries Under Lake Ophelia nor is there much of a mystery, barring some conversations with the only other character in the world and an entity that you may or may not come across in your playthrough. Lake Ophelia has charm in the presentation that I fw.
If you played Fatum Betula and are looking for more of that—don't. Go into this as a separate experience and try to enjoy yourself. If you're just looking for a little 3-5 hour fishing experience, pick it up.

Imagine the fishing minigame from The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time but with slight horror undertones. A great use of 4 hours and 5$. Do not forget to check out the devs other works. Fatum Betula is a masterclass in Sureallism. if you vibe with the aesthetic here youll love it there.
