finished playing now Both normal ending and best ending.
This game is fun. This camp when collecting levels.. if you find a pump source quickly It's all good to play.
In this sector there will be no monster pole points as in the old picture. Therefore, we have to search for monsters all the time...but it's not too difficult. It will only be left to collect points to randomize 2 jobs that haven't yet been picked up.
very fun

i would like to give a neutral review since i only played for about 25 minutes before refunding, i don't want to say negative but i don't want to say i recommend. ive tried doing research on the game but the only videos online are from console releases and only ever the first 30 minutes of game play and there are only 3 other reviews for this game on steam with either broken English or not in English at all, with 0 discussions.
the little bit i did play, it was your typical turn based party rpg but like some final fantasy games, it lets you change what job each member uses. you get all 4 party members in the first 20 minutes of the game. the game says it has a "shop" which i guess is left over from the mobile version (im not sure) but there was no actual $ involved. i was able to get the currency for that from winning fights.
there is only full screen and windowed mode. there are no resolution options or options such as v sync or frame rate control. there is no ultra-wide support for anyone wondering and i think the game was at 1080p, 30 fps. because of this, the game felt like it was stuttering. played with a ps5 controller and it worked fully with no odd input allocations.
honestly, id say if you like this kind of rpg and the retro graphics are your taste, buy it. you have 2 hours to decide yourself if its for you or not. the dlc seems like something that could be purchased for a 2nd play-through for those who like to be OP on new-game+s
im mainly writing this to give people who may have been on the fence about purchasing this game, info, since there doesnt seem to be any.

If you like the traditional style of JRPG games you may like this. I liked the retro 3D visuals and it has a few neat gameplay ideas, but overall it is what it looks like. The story isn't anything special but really the meat of the game is the combat encounters - and maxxing your characters :-P. It is a game you can stop and then pick up and continue at any moment, which is great as it plays perfectly fine on the Steam Deck.
