Strengths: A simple yet intuitive control system; excellent use of color to create a mid-centric atmosphere; and a rhythmic piano BGM that enhances the intensity of battles.
Weaknesses: Like many Japanese anime games, the female character design feels outdated. This doesn’t mean she isn’t attractive, but rather that she exists primarily as a vessel for players’ sexual desires, which makes the game feel like it’s constantly struggling to avoid crossing certain boundaries LOL. That said, I still recommend downloading the DLC, as it greatly enhances immersion in the game’s world.
