I absolutely love everything about this game. This is my second time playing it and it still feels just as good. The controls are simple, but tight. They offer very precise range of movement that the game uses perfectly. It gets extremely challenging at times and it's up to the player to get good enough to beat the bit where they're stuck. It's one, if not, the best platformer I've ever played.
On another note, the music is awesome and fits very well with the visuals. The visuals are so cute and I love them.

Got the game for half price, but it's worth the full price. It's a short, medium-difficulty precision platformer. Smooth and very responsive controls, great art, silly humor that doesn't try too hard and doesn't outstay its welcome, and good tunes. I feel like there was meant to be a story in the game since there are a fair number of NPCs and interesting environments, but I guess it just didn't pan out. Everything else more than makes up for it, though.

I found this game due to the tag Metroidvania, however that is incorrect. Just because the game world is non-linear and features backtracking does not mean it is a metroidvania.
On its' own merit it seems to be a perfectly serviceable precision platformer, however that is really not enough to stand out when there are so many better alternatives out. So while seemingly not a bad game, it isn't what I wanted.

Absolutely fantastic precision platformer. This is best described as super meat boy, but with a hover jump and an interconnected world that would belong in any metroidvania if it was given ability gates. The game and controls are buttery smooth and this is one of the most hidden gems ever made.
