Miasma: Citizens of Free Thought is a turn-base tactics strategy game
The game is set in the future where you come across some MechWarriors and troopers
You join a group for rebels to fight in what you believe in as you progress in the game you can develop and specialise their skills
the graphics are quite good and there is no options for the music

Loving this game so far. If you're a fan of games like XCom you'll love this and it's a steal at this price.

Miasma: Citizens of Free Thought is exactly the kind of Jank that I love. The insanely low price tag and references to being an XBox Live Indy game told me what to expect.
The game is basically a simplified tactical RPG along the lines of X-Com. You take turns spending your Action Points to move your units into cover, shoot at the enemy soldiers, and activate special moves to take the advantage. Winning missions earns you money for consumable items, and experience to improve your characters.
It's clunky, its bare minimum and I actually like it. It's totally my sort of game.
The problem is that in the 42 minutes I've played... I've had 3 crashes and there's no mid-mission saves or autosave backups. My enjoyment bottoms out when I'm replaying a mission for the Xth time.
It's a fairly recent release and I see updates within the last few months, so there's hope that the crashes will be fixed. But until they are, this is a thumbs down.
