Holy doom, between the Devil Daggers update, Post Void, Boomerang X, Discroom, and THIS, it's a good time to enjoy high-quality stylish frantic tight immediate action. FEWAR-DVD is a blast that will triple your chances of death by heart attack, acute stress and epilepsy, but rejoice, it will happen in glorious fluorescent glitch. Oh and PLAY THIS WITH HEADPHONES.

cool game! has a vibe similar to how ultrakill feels to me, the atmosphere is very encompassing the design convention is to let the player figure stuff out on their own, but I wish someone who understood everything would write a guide for some of the items and achievements

This game is oozing with style & action. Mouse based action in a 2d / 3d game is an cool input choice. Support a talented developer on the way up before everybody knows them.

Addicting! The right amount of difficult, the power ups add that little edge you're looking for, super fun.

fast paced worm action on acid. collect gold stuff and open portals to other dimensions. would recommend. 👌 Simple concept mostly well executed but not perfect. Honestly it could be much better if the game supported higher framerate (60hz limited) and if we could zoom in or zoom out with the mouse wheel. Indeed there are few difficulty spikes because of the limited visibility, nothing dramatic but it can become frustrating to die because of it. So yes there are rooms for improvements and this game can become something really fun if they improve and add more to it. FEWAR-DVD is still well worth the purchase, cool gameplay, sweet graphics and a pumping soundtrack.
Rating 6/10.
This is one for the retro-future arcade (in a better, saner timeline than this). As a tailed heart on the run from true love, avoid a teleporting pink sword that's constantly trying to pierce your backside while you serpentine through mazes lined with hungry, writhing weapons. You can't stop moving, ever. When you first start playing, you'll think about it all the time -- the game's that invasive! But it eventually dies back. It's not something that I can play indefinitely, mostly because a bad distribution of horny wall-swords can end your run x-teen times in a row (I got tired of it, so I stopped trying for the "true" ending). Groovy space funk sets the mood!

A good endless avoidance game with a banger OST, cool aesthetic and solid replayability.

Was enjoying this game until it started revealing its flaws. Two of my longer runs were ended abruptly by a game crash, meaning the time I spent on each of them was completely wasted. The "ENDLESS TIME" achievement also has a critical oversight that caused me to waste even more time getting all the way to stage 161 before realizing what was wrong with the achievement. When I tried unlocking it the "right" way, a bug caused the "END" button to kill me instead of ending the game and unlocking the achievement, meaning I had again wasted 60+ levels of time. Or maybe you're supposed to continue looping instead of pressing "END"; I have no way of knowing. The achievement descriptions aren't clear. It's like you're intended to waste your time throwing runs away until you figure out what the unlock conditions are.

A super addictive arcade game with an inspired art direction and killer soundtrack. Can be played in short bursts, but I am finding myself wanting to give it just one more go. Would love to see leaderboards added in a future patch (hit me up if you need a primer on implementing). Definitely a steal at the price.
