Actually, this game has so much potential that it could be further developed, such as adding badguys so that the atmosphere is always tense because we are constantly being chased by creatures like the Ao Oni game. Or make a slightly interesting puzzle like the point and click games Deponia. When using energy and checking the execution area the animation takes too long. Maybe the developer can make improvements by cutting the duration of animations and blank screens when we use energy, it will make the playing experience smoother. I also feel the gameplay is quite empty, maybe because there are no ghosts chasing us like similar horror games like Clock Tower and Ao Oni. Fortunately, the quality of the portrait and CG character art of this game is good so I can finish it

Fragmented Memories is a video game that deals with such a mysterious and tragedy background story. The music on the main menu of Fragmented Memories is like music that represents sadness and silence somehow. And there is also an animation or rather a visual effect on the main menu and also in in-game which kinda means like 'shattered memory' or 'shattered consciousness.
This game have a very simple controls. Where we only need to use the direction keys on the keyboard to be able to walk in all directions. And can even be easier with just point-on-click.
Fragmented Memories makes us explore in a blurry state. With shatter animations that will make sure we can't stay silent for long, making us always looking for ways and ways to get to the truth behind MCs family background. Wrapped in simple gameplay, Fragmented Memories allows us to enjoy a relaxing time while stimulating fear and curiosity.

I like the story, it has me interested. But, this really should be a visual novel, like the gameplay is so basic that it should have been cut. Additionally, why is the game cut up into arcs when it literally took me 1.5h to beat it? Again story is holding up this game, but it is also cheap and goes on sale so eh.

First Impressions (Will be updated when I complete the game)
A murder mystery horror with the protagonist seemingly teleported to another dimension/reality every few moments while searching for his wife. His name is also written in a mental hospital report in that "other dimension".
How did his wife disappear? Who is behind all this?
I think this game has a solid story that is intriguing and full of mysteries.
The disturbing atmosphere is also spot-on for this type of game.
Character designs are good and eye-pleasing, but this game could use a few improvements, like jumpscare scenes with gory elements. Or disturbing CGI when you enter a particular room.
Also, we haven't seen the kidnapper, or some form of threatening figure based on the duration I played. I think building tension and showing the threat of the villain is important too.
I'll keep playing and update this review, but overall, quite a good game.

A point & click game that is quite easy to play and has good art. Unfortunately, the game is too short. It's just because the price is cheap, so it doesn't matter to me.

I've played a demo of this game long ago when the Steam fest was still going on, finally this game was released and can be played in full - but no, it's still arc one :(
But, I think because the CG quality is good and the price is affordable, It's still very good deal!

I quite enjoy this game. The first time we are presented with a puzzle, the level of sanity continues to decrease every time. If we don't move enough, we can game over right then and there. Auto text buttons like those found in Visual Novel games are also helpful for me. The auto text speed is just right, so I can lean back and relax while reading the text. A mystery story that always makes me curious about what will happen next, especially about James' wife. I can't wait for the next release. Excellent job bro!

This is where I wish you could have a thumbs in the middle button for Steam.
This is a short game, coming in under two hours and that's with me exploring every nook and cranny. That said, I also paid less than four bucks for Fragmented Memories, meaning it's about $2/hour for entertainment. You can't really beat that.
This is scheduled to be the first of four short games, and as such the game ends on a To Be Continued cliffhanger. I don't know if I'll keep going with the series, but I did enjoy the two concurrent storylines (featuring the same lead character) and while the puzzles were pretty basic, the story kept me engrossed enough to continue. There are a LOT of spelling/grammar issues with the current build though, so keep that in mind, especially with verb tenses.
I'll definitely try the second part of the game, but I'm hoping for a little more meat on the bones, if you will, for the next part.
