It crashes at level 8. How can I totally reset the game?

This is the 2nd in a series of 3 (so far) satisfying first-person puzzle games. They all play exactly the same so I will copy-and-paste the below from my review of the first one: Production values are not very high as these games were also released for mobile devices, but they work very well for the gameplay. The music is pretty and calm but unfortunately repeats itself for the entire game. It would have been nice to get more variety, perhaps a track per level. The "story", really just the piecing together of notes you find, is barely there and has nothing to do with the gameplay. A missed opportunity to provide depth. The game engine is a bit buggy: sometimes the in-game camera doesn't work, producing all-black photos. You can use other methods to take screenshots instead. By the way, this paragraph is true for all three games in the series. But you've come for the puzzles! And they are nice, of medium difficulty and mostly fair. There are a few annoying ones that require quick action. For those you absolutely want to play with a mouse and keyboard, even though the game does support gamepads. All the games have at least two puzzle-solving components. The first is just completing the levels. The second is searching each level for three notes. The first note is always in plain sight, the second is hidden, and the third involves solving an extra puzzle. Finding that third note can be tricky, often those are the most difficult puzzles in the game, requiring you to think outside the box. This game lists Steam achievements but they seem to be broken. Not a single one activated for me.

Unlike the previous game, this one thankfully doesn't have a game breaking bug with one of the puzzles. The solution is the one from the mobile version instead of what the puzzle shows on the PC version. And that STILL hasn't been fixed in the original game. With that being said, there's a lot of jank present here. So many objects that you can clip through, a zipline i one of the levels can be used without even getting the handle for it, doors that vanish once you unlock them can still be interacted with even though they are gone etc etc. Originally played the first game in its demo form back on Kongregate and then on mobile. Positive review only cause of nostalgia.

The game is fairly mid overall, but then there's a lot of bugs that push it into not recommended territory. Like achievements totally don't work, and cubes puzzle kept getting stuck so I had to quit back to menu and resume multiple times to continue.

Unfortunately, a glitch in Level ? won't let me shoot the crossbow arrow into the target on the next building. I was allowed one try to aim, pushed the firing button, and it didn't fire, However, it will not let me try again. I've repeated levels and nothing works. This is the second Pine game that I've had to give up on.

This is a fun casual game. There's lots to explore across all the levels, none of the puzzles is mind melting, lots of clues in the environment although a couple are a bit play around with to see what happens. I only had one small glitch in one of the later levels, but exiting and restarting the game fixed that. It auto saves continuously so it doesn't matter where you leave off, it restarts in exactly that place with no lost progress. It's worth every penny of the price. One small gripe, the music, aaaaaaaaaaarrrrggghhh, the music. I know it's a game about loss and trying to find something that is faraway, but the music is so depressing, play with the volume low!

HOW IS THIS GAME GOING UNNOTICED??? Excellent little puzzle game. The music is relaxing; the graphics are simple; but the developers hit that perfect fine balance between Not too hard and Not too easy. It's 20 levels of puzzles and I only found fault with level 10 (picture taking); level 15 (jump onto columns); and level 19(spinning wheel). But that was just me. You may not have any trouble with them at all....who knows. IF you like solving puzzles, buy this puzzle game immediately. For only a few bucks, you will probably get over 6 to 9 hours of enjoyment. You have to slowly walk through the game BUT, if you hold the SHIFT key, you can run. I found that if you hit your Caps Lock, you won't have to hold the SHIFT key to run. [you will then ALWAYS run]<<
