It's not a bad game but it wasn't for me. It felt very linear in game play with limited freedom. Get it on sale.

Good story, Hard to Find all the Adult Seen's/Endings. A Grand to get the Best Equipment, Ended the game on Level 33. Sad that there is Only 2 Impregnate Ending.

It's hard to recommend this, but it's not bad. I certainly have some issues with it though, such as: -stun locked sex. This is by far my biggest issue. I usually just go do something else while she gets "rapped" in combat over and over for 5 minutes. -choppy movement on the map. little jarring but minor gripe It has some good things though. -the sexy stuff. well done sexy time. Good animations. -game over, isn't a game over. If you loose, you are taken back to town. which is nice so you don't have to load every time you're stun locked and boinked 6 feet into the ground. -seems short for the price. I'm halfway through the game with only 2 hours in. All in all, it's very very expensive for what you get out of it. I'd say don't buy it unless it's on a hefty sale.
QUICK FACTS
Type: H-RPG Developer: 和菓子日和 Publisher: Wasabi Entertainment Price: €16,79 Est. playtime: 2-3 hours Censorship: yes (patch available at publisher’s website)
THE GAME
MECHANICS Mireille and Amurita (M&A) is a classic H-RPG. You control a single MC, exploring towns and dungeons while talking to NPC’s and fighting monsters in turn-based combat. Combat is basic and easy, yet not completely obsolete: you’ll need to level up a bit and get the right gear/spells to defeat the mini-bosses and final boss. If you lose combat, you’ll get a game over, but you’ll be able to continue playing the game anyway without suffering any penalties. Controls: keyboard only STORY You play as Mireille, an orphan girl who was adopted by the village priest of Holst. When your father falls ill to a serious disease, you set out into the neighboring Forest of Illusions to retrieve the only possible cure: the ether plant, Amurita. The story is light-hearted, short and almost completely linear, although there are a couple of different endings. QUALITY The only positive thing to say about M&A is that it works, and that most of the stuff you’d expect in an eroge RPG is in it (including a passable translation). Other than that, it’s a very short and uninspired product. There are also a couple of annoying quality of life issues, including the cumbersome way of getting around (chain-jumping through portal stones) and a risk of getting stuck in looping H-attacks during combat.
THE GOODS
SUBJECT The lewd in M&A is either about Mireille getting molested by monsters she encounters, or Mireille getting it on with NPC’s she meets in the city. Most of it isn’t consensual, but if her naughty value is high enough, she enjoys it nonetheless. Keywords:
bondage, big breasts, group, fluids, forced, humiliation, lactation, monster, straight, tentacles
CONTENT 23 CG-based scenes, some of which use the same base images. ACCESS Most of the scenes require you to either drop your health below 50%, or lose combat entirely. Once the former happens, one of the monsters you’re fighting will grab you and one or more H-scenes will follow. If you survive that (which may take a looong time), you’ll have the chance to continue fighting. Such H-attacks raise your naughty value and often causes a number of ‘bad’ status effects. These effects lower your combat values, but enable other H-encounters in town (indicated by a heart symbol above the NPC). After seeing a scene once, you’ll be able to revisit them in the recollection room. Completing the game enables an ‘unlock all scenes’ option in the same room. Unfortunately, revisiting a combat scene in the gallery requires you to actually fight the combat again and get your health to drop below 50%. QUALITY The quality of the lewd is okay. The CG’s are well drawn, but there’s not much of it – and probably nothing that will surprise you.
VERRO’S VERDICT
Meh, I’m afraid I fell into another cash grab trap here. This game has obviously been made for the quick wank crowd and doesn't make any attempt to hide it. I suppose that if you’re really, really into monster and tentacle-related stuff and don’t care about gameplay, I could hesitantly recommend Mireille and Amurita to you. You’d probably dig the lewd. But even then, don’t buy it at the list price – it's waaay overpriced for the amount of content it offers. [i]Looking for fairly priced adult games with good gameplay? This game is short, maybe around 2hr (less if you keep skipping) if you like the art it is ok to buy on sales, I dont understand why lots of H CG are shown on store page but you still need to download patch to unlock H content. Oh and when you install patch make sure to input correct patch, it wont detect your game path itself
