Just because it's the only Yoga on Steam doesn't make it any good. You're better off finding something on YouTube or getting a free app like Yoga Studio.
Menus are glitchy (something in the sound menu switched my screens somehow?), the voice guide is unhelpful (asks to follow movements instead of describing them, which can be difficult when some poses require looking away in the first place), and the customization options are lacking. Does not "flow" from pose to pose at all, even if you put the same or similar poses back-to-back - lots of repetitive motion you wouldn't get from an instructor.
Webcam features don't work properly as advertised, so it doesn't provide feedback as it says.
Sidenote: as of this review - and possibly the past year or so - achievements don't work.

It's a workout game, so I'm not expecting much, but it looks like 2001, not 2022, and I somehow don't think that was intentional.

I think it's great so far. I have a question/comment. When there are sequential seated poses the instructor goes to feet each time. Is there a way to change this either in a setting or in a future update. I will update as I use it more, which I will because it's fantastic.

Good quality app which is pleasant to use. Steam is the right place for this, as gamers really need some healthy habits. This easy 15 minute thing you do not do every day is very important. I figured it out on my own back.
If your lifestyle is not involving physical activities (like most of the people unless they do so intentionally), the muscles on your back degrade, which after 30s (or even earlier) is very dangerous - even a small above-average load (like lifting something heavy or jumping from the height) on your back can lead to trauma. The problems with the upper back can also lead to problems with sight and brain blood circulation.
So do your minimum exercises, man. If you want to live. Doesn't matter what you think about sport and how little do you need the muscles.
Use an external camera, not a laptop webcam (you can use phone as cam through USB or Wi-Fi, search the web how), because it needs to be quite far, and not of the cheapest quality.
What could've been better is the teacher variants. All 3 of them are female. At least 1 male variant would be good, to help focus on the asanas. Because let's be honest for a minute: every male will be at least somewhat distracted when looking at the young woman in leggins doing all this yoga stuff.
The gamepad support is desirable. While it isn't a game, such wireless peripheral will be convenient to use when you're on your mat in front of the big screen.
And, of course, it isn't a substitute for an actual yoga class. If you're new to this, definitely go to the real class and maybe use this at home. There's a big chance you're doing it wrong and don't even know it - the instructor will correct you.

Very good i like a lot. This game get webcam detection to catch your movement and you can make your own program so you can control time and pose by yourself. Even my grandmom like this game to practice her hand and leg muscle. Song very relaxing good for wake up and sleep mode. I'm really love this game and recommend to everyone for good health. Also they have they own program to choose. :D Worth my money. Wish Dev make more game for health like this. I will buy all i like. it's cheaper than in nintendo switch lol also same benefit for health but save your money XD I can make easy yoga program for my grandmom yeahh

I've a few more hours than stated as I was using family sharing to play it in the living room. I use an old Alienware Steam machine running Windows 10. It struggled at 4K but breezes through at 1080p, so I imagine most recent Laptops or PCs will run it to a degree. The mini PC is from 2016
Overall this is a great little app that could do with a few more tweaks to get it perfect. I'm got a breathing issue and yoga was recommended to me by my GP and I feel it is helping get my breathing back on track with additional physio and other external exercises.
I use a Facebook portal as a wide FOV webcam and my phone as a bluetooth mouse to select options and it works pretty well.
The software doesn't detect all the poses which is disappointing and hopefully will be resolved. Looking at the API it should be possible for them to do this.
The PS4 has additional DLC which I hope makes it way to this.
If you ignore the webcam feature (which can be turned off) it's easy for multiple people to follow along at the same time.
There are some features I hope they add
It would be good if instead of repeat on the other side if it still told you what to do, or at least an option to enable this, can't always see the TV.
Where the move name is while playing could be good to have an image of the move to help remember them if we want to try them again after.
It's annoying how many poses won't be detected. My camera is set up that it can even see me on the ground, would be good to have it as an option.
Voice commands to skip track, repeat instructions, retry the last move, skip the move would be good.
Extra details as to what the moves are aiming to stretch or not to prevent poor movements, and extra suggestions for beginners. For instance I'm apparently arching my back in the downward dog, YouTube suggested I use blocks and bend my knees to prevent this.
Auto program to work on certain body parts might be good.
It's annoying having to keep standing up from a seated position, and seems pointless given the camera won't even track the movements. Would be better if the moves kept you in the position if the next one was similar (standing, on your knees and sit on your bum come to mind).
More voice instructions would be great, can't see the TV while on my back.
Maybe a warm up and cool down program pinned to the front screen.
Links on each pose to a video to see how it's done in person? Maybe YouTube. Would also be a good secondary way to advertise the app as I don't think many are using it currently.
Options for own music to be implemented.
Maybe suggestions as to why your movements where not perfect?

This was a really great choice for positively changing my use of quiet time while replacing my favorite glitched hunting game and saying no to the stress of dealing with the multiplayer community. I really like that this is fine tuned to the player's numbers. It'd be cool if you could share workouts and yoga with friend. I highly recommend this for sanity, fitness and continued ability to not have to deal with the public while staying home to yoga.

I was cautiously optimistic about getting this game after discovering it a few months ago, and finally decided to go for it when it went on sale. However, it's just a big hassle that makes yoga less convenient. I expected it to be simply to get into a new routine and start doing yoga in a gamified way, but after struggling with it for almost an hour, that's not been the case.
First of all, the auto coach, where it tries to pick a routine for you, is just about useless. It has a top weight of 200, whether you are using metric or imperial units, so as an American, I thought I couldn't actually put my correct weight in until I tried switching to metric. It's a pretty basic oversight, and speaks poorly to the care that went into the game overall. Once I got that figured out, I discovered that it could recommend no programs to me at all. I guess because my BMI is too high? Who knows. Once I lowered my weight, it found something I could do theoretically.
That brings me to the next problem: none of the programs have useful names whatsoever. They're all essentially gibberish: A Step to Joy, Ambition, Free Yourself from the Past, Open Up to Life. Like, what? I'm an old-school yogi, but I'm used to programs having more coherent names like Stamina, Relaxation, heck, even Abs. Things that tell you what the routine is about. There are a few routines with names like Strength and Determination, which make a bit more sense perhaps, but still, overall it's fairly random.
Designing a routine was sort of convenient, but also not really, since it's not super obvious exactly what every pose is. A little animation for each could have helped, or both the Sanskrit and English names. Also, they're not in any kind of clear order. There are some standing poses, then some floor, then more standing, etc. You can't sort them or group them in any way, or use filters to limit the list to certain types of poses, so you're stuck with the default listing, which you have to scroll through to look for whatever pose you want. A search feature would have been great too.
And then the actual yoga. I'm not too confident about the way the poses are animated, and the instructions were a bit generic. Additionally, the routines have zero flow whatsoever. Every pose starts and ends in the same standing position. This causes two major problems: it extends the length of routines by quite a bit wasting time going back to that standing position, especially with floor poses. And it is another example of lack of care. Creating a dynamic set of transitions between various poses, not even necessarily all of them, but a lot of combinations, would have been really neat.
Overall, after giving this a try, I found it was taking way too much time just trying to get through the interface, and the yoga itself was uninspired. It's unfortunate, because I feel like a properly put together yoga game could be fantastic. I guess I'll have to keep waiting.
