Another smash clone but lego and functionally bloated and convoluted despite being simple to the point of frustrating contradiction. basically they tried to improve the wheel and ended up just making a wheel with with glued on shiny things but the shinys are dull.

The positive reviews for this game are bull, do not listen to them. I went in thinking this was a great idea. A lego smash bros where you can customize your character sounds amazing, but they completely ruined it with shitty fighting. You get ONE attack. That's right. ONE. No aerials, no specials, no nothing. You get one button and that one button does an attack. You can get items that change that attack but you still only get one.
There's no strategy. There's no skill. Zero depth. It's running around a stage and spamming ONE FUCKING BUTTON. It's like if cookie clicker was a fighting game and even then there's at least more to do in that game. I got this on sale and it still wasn't worth it. The only reason I didn't refund was because getting the $2 I paid for this game while it was on sale wasn't really that worth it to me. There is no justification for this game, you would be better off just burning your money if you're gonna spend it on this. The people writing positive reviews must be paid actors or doing some hardcore meth, because there is no way anyone could genuinely believe pushing ONE button is a fun experience for a fighting game.
