This game somewhat confuses me as a Game.
It lets you redraw pretty much everything, but you can't change everything to make it more suitable for what you want.
To put it simply, here's some things it let's you edit:
-Enemies' Sprites (as well as yours).
-Floors, Skyboxes, Walls, Ground, Wall decorations, and random props.
-Dialogue, including text that is triggered randomly from various things.
-Descriptions of most 'cards'.
-The terrain of a 'map' (but in order to do this, you must buy the DLC)
The things you cannot edit:
-A quest (I know you can "create" some, but the game has not presented this to me)
-How a quest is performed (ie, go pick this thing up and bring it back to me)
-System Text (ie, what category a 'card' is to lower the 'tone' of it)
-Music (understandable, that might be too much)
Other things with no real category:
-The Game designer's name is spelled incorrectly in the Credits.
-There's no Layer tools. This makes things a little hard.
-Using any sort of Transparency makes your sprite invisible, which I find odd.
-The combat is a little too simple, and exploitable; you can easily just rest after each fight, and there's no status buffs/debuffs (or if there is, I haven't found 'em yet).
-The (unedited) humor is rather crude for a game about drawing whatever you want.
-Really odd grammar.
-Editing dialogue for a Pet (or your own character) gets translated for other enemies and pets, which I find odd.
-I cannot say much for the Create Tab, as I have not unlocked it, but it's real weird locking creativeness behind something and not explain how to unlock it, or what it even does.
Overall: Mixed. I like the idea, but this really does not seem like the game that warrants more creativity, even if you are allowed to re-draw everything. Sometimes you are rewarded with Essence, but that is just a currency at the end of the day.
