Color Connect VR - Puzzle Game Reviews

Great. Had loads of fun with this.

Wow... Brilliant concept and game play. The puzzles make you think. It doesn't really need to be in VR, but it adds a nice touch.

It's a very relaxing VR Game, which I consider a rarety so far, as someone who started their VR journey not too long ago. If you're trying VR maybe give it a go. There are some nice puzzles with scenery and music waiting for you. ^^

While you could say ‘Color Connect’ is little more than a dot to dot puzzle game it is a lot more challenging than that at least. The idea is you need to use lines to get one colour from point A to B, then the same thing with other colours. Sometimes you will have to draw backwards in able to go forwards and at times your brain will simply refuse to see the answer to the puzzle, even if it is a relatively simple one. To be fair it kept me amused for a good long while and with 50 puzzles I could easily see myself getting my money’s worth here. Sadly the very basic nature of the game might not be for everyone, but I personally enjoyed it (I just wish there was a hint system in place).

I'm trying to play with Valve Index and when I try to move the nodes around sometimes it moves the node but most of the time it moves the entire puzzle instead. Unplayable like this. Seems like it would be fun and relaxing if it worked.

Without any exaggeration, this is the best stress-free puzzle game I've played in VR. The UI is very well-designed and simple to use. The visuals are beautiful and relaxing. A lot of thought and care has gone into the design of the mechanics and levels. And great music too.

Chill casual VR puzzle. Gameplay is simple yet addictive: you connect colored nodes on a graph in 3D space. Higher difficulty levels are somewhat challenging but not too hard

A relaxing, seated, puzzle game that rewards your ability to find pathways through a tangle of lines in as few moves as possible. I completed the game in 5 hours and had a delightful time due to the calming scenery and music. I was so impressed with the experience I gifted it to some of my friends. The interface is minimal and intuitive, just like it should be. I plan on playing through multiple times.

This was a happy surprise! Bought it on a whim, and I absolutely loved it! The game itself is a puzzle game, where you connect nodes by filling in lines, and connect colors. Cross every node and connect all colors and you clear the level! Easy to grasp, but has more depth than it first lets on. [b]Why I enjoyed it[/b] [olist] [*]A key factor, the puzzles can be logically reasoned out, pretty much all through-out the game, very satisfying and still reasonable challenging towards the end. [*]Due to the above, It was very rare that I actually had to restart a level, usually you can work with what you have done so far and keep going until you make it! 👍 [*]I never really felt stuck, and it still lasted a long time! There are a lot of content, but then I've also perfected every level 🤣 [*]Very nice accompanying music, chill and relaxing experience in general, fit for purpose environment and lovely colors when drawing the shapes 😙 [*]The difficulty pacing is not a constant rise but there are some nice dips at the start of the different sections, which is a nice breather when doing lots of them in one go! [/olist] [b]Gotchas[/b] [olist] [*]It's an OpenXR game, make sure to set your runtime in SteamVR if you haven't! [*]If the game is not connecting to SteamVR or reacting to tracking, make sure to have your controllers turned on before you launch the game! [/olist] That's pretty much it!
