Pretty fun, simple shooter for the price. Took me 12.7 hours to explorer everything and 100% the game. The synergies system is really cool, but it would have been nice to have something that explains it as well as some other features like being able to dash and what burning cards does in a tutorial or smtn. The only problem that I have with the game is that it is super unbalanced with some of the synergies literally playing the game for you, and some of them being completely useless. The tanks that you play as are also not very balanced, and it is generally better to go with one that has a lot of health and that does a lot of damage over one with quick fire rate. All the base tanks are decent (other than the multishot one), but the black market tanks all seem too gimmicky or like worse versions of the base game tanks. For example, there is a tanky black market one that is basically the same as the base high health one except it does half the damage except its dash deletes everything it runs into. In my experience, this just makes the black market tanks seem pretty meh overall, which is my general feeling about the game's balance as a whole. I did notice some weird stuff while messing around as well. The black market tank that can charm enemies seems to have an unintended interaction when used on the wall boss that is unkillable. They sort of just stick to you like they are charmed, but they will still be hostile and can one shot you. Another weird thing that I noticed about this "boss" (idk if it is a boss considering it's unkillable) is that the black market tank that deletes stuff with its dash will just instantly die when dashing into it (which is probably for the best). Speaking of the dashy tank though, it doesn't seem to actually do damage (I never noticed it procing the leach chip) and instead just insta kills anything it dashes into (including bosses), which I found to be a weird design choice. Also Idk if it was just really bad luck, but it took me like 5 runs of getting to lvl 50 before I could end up getting whatever the dash synergy achievement was. This seemed odd to me just because it is usually pretty easy to get the other lvl 2 synergies in a run before hitting the 10 min mark. Idk if it was just bad luck or smthn, but it took forever to get it, and the synergy was terrible anyway :[ Overall the game is a fun experience, and worth it even if it is pretty unbalanced. The game looks pretty, it is satisfying to play, and I enjoyed the music and sound effects.
