It's an absolute buggy mess. The core gameplay is alright. But it's very hard to recommend it in its current state. I tried my best to push past all the bugs. But they just make the game so difficult to play. Maybe worth picking up if significantly reduced in price. But even then, not entirely sure it's worth it.
The save feature doesn't even work properly. Sometimes the jetways completely break the game. You'll be doing a scenario, connect the jetway. Connection is made, but it doesn't progress the mission. You can't disconnect the jetway. And then you're completely stuck unable to do anything else as the game doesn't register the connection. Even the follow-me isn't great. Tutorial saying you need to stay within 250m of the aircraft, and then you get a pop up at 160m saying you're too far, and the aircraft just comes to a stand, as if a pilot can't see a flashing orange light at 160m away. Are all pilots this blind?
TL;DR Overall, definitely not recommended at full price. OK at best if heavily discounted. Too many bugs and game doesn't seem to receive many updates.

The idea of the game is fun, but the execution is rather cumbersome.
I am still stuck at the first scenario 6 hours in because of some bug, so you think if you save the game and restart it will fix itself.
No you now have to redo what you just did the last hour to get to where you were when the bug appeared.
This game should still be in alpha and have testers test it so the developers can fix the bug, it is not really ready for release.
Even if its on sale I would say no, don't get this game until they fix all the bugs.

Felt like this game had a amazing start despite some of the bugs.. But the road map seem like they were going to bring much more but at this point feel like devs abandon this game.. Sad but hopefully I'm wrong... Still a fun Sim and not janky like most

Overall, this game is awesome! It has everything I ever wanted in an airport service game such as the realism in graphics, and the effort put into making the airplanes. However, something is missing that would make the game so much more fun and enjoyable. I believe that adding NPC helpers to help you with your tasks would reduce stress and make you less tired when you play. I just do not like moving and always having to move around the map repeatedly. Next, this might make the game a little complicated and off-topic, but I think you guys should add cabin crews! I also want to be able to serve passengers in flight and explore the interior of the airplane. Finally, we need more varieties of planes. I already love the choice of planes that you used, but I really would like to see bigger and/or smaller planes. I would recommend Turboprop planes as well!
Thank you.

It took 1-1.5 hrs just to get through the glitchy, overly verbose and long-winded tutorials, just to explain basic gameplay concepts repeatedly--feeling like somebody deliberately trying to stretch out an essay they have a minimum word count requirement to hit with nothing of value to say.
Once in the actual gameplay, I found most of the gameplay to consist of idle waiting and watching glitchy animations, numbers slowly tick up, or bags slowly move along conveyor belts before getting stuck. The core concepts of what could make the topic of the game fun (i.e. airport ground operations) felt over-simplified, while simple menial tasks that should only take a second or two were overly-involved and difficult with mouse and keyboard.
Between numerous glitches stalling gameplay, the idle waiting times, and long-winded tutorials, I was able to play about 10 minutes of the actual campaign before realizing the entire game would be nothing but sitting and waiting for things to happen, then doing unnecessarily repetitive tasks involving rather unfun gameplay. This occurred after 2.5 hrs of glitchy, boring tutorials consisting of sometimes unskippable repetition of concepts previously explained. Why can't I skip the lecture on refuelling safety the second time I've heard it? Why did the 'supervisor' during the pushback tutorial moonwalk and twerk for several minutes before detaching me? Why did he not reattach the towbar to the rear of the push-back truck like it was promised to make it possible to drive away without blindly reversing across an airport? Why do I have to click-and-hold on every segment of the aircraft for the walk-around instead of...just walking around it and visually inspecting it? You know, like...real-life?
It feels like there was so much potential here that got missed because of too much focus on the un-fun aspects (like NEEDING TO GUIDE EVERY SINGLE PLANE TO THEIR GATE?!?) and too little focus on the parts that could be fun. While a plane taxis to its gate, I could be strategically moving all the necessary vehicles into place. Instead, I'm stuck using incredibly clunky controls to lead a moron pilot to his gate--all while he'll slam on the breaks if I'm <99m or >151m away as if he becomes totally blind to the flashing, bright yellow truck trying to show him to the gate instead of navigating on his own like any real pilot.

Happy I refunded this. Even though It was 60% off still not worth it. Game needs updates asap but that is not their "primary focus" - just a dead game.
