All in all, a good RPG card game set in a post-apocalyptic world where your money no longer has value.

The game in its genre (card RPG game), in my opinion, is very good. There are many different characters, constant events and complex moral choices that will definitely not let you get bored.

great game, it has acceptable graphics, all our actions will affect the narrative, a lot of different events, an excellent soundtrack and of course a variety of endings. The game is 100 out of 100

It's not that bad, but I can't really recommend it. There's quite a bit going on, but the core issue comes down to the combat mechanics. Because there's no inventory or actual deck-building, the choices you can make in combat are limited to your current weapon and armour. Both of which also actively degrade as you battle. You may end up having to swap for a far vastly inferior option at the next opportunity or end up entirely unarmed when it they break. This leads to the game being less of a strategic card game and more of an RNG check. In the end you make repetitive choices with the few cards you're dealt.

Atomic Cards is an amazing card RPG game. I have been looking for such a game for a long time. Everything is great in this game. I admire these beautiful graphics and cool music. What I liked the most is the unique card combat system. I recommend Atomic Cards to everyone !!!

Terrible game. The graphics are in line with many indie games but the gameplay is terrible.
As RPG the attributes are odd to say the least (hygiene impacting luck?), the RNG of the random encounters is flawed with no balance. There is no strategy you can apply: just wander aimlessly from crate to crate hoping to get something useful. I ended up dying of hunger with 70+ ammo and no food from 4 different zones.
The game mechanics are also strange: I got a frostbite wound (in summer with 30 Celsius...) and the tutorial suggested to get war by a campfire. I find a campfire in the next area... go straight there and instead of some fire/warm related message i get a "you stepped into a trap": I got bleeding wound and a broken bone, the fireplace disappears and I still have frostbite on top of the new wounds.
Medicine also works weird: is you use one dose, it restores a small portion of health and it seems that there is also the chance to heal one of the wounds, with no clear explanation on how it works.
Almost everything is off with this game.. stay away from it

Some of the reviews for this game are allegedly fake. I am here to provide an honest review from a layperson who enjoys card games, roguelites, and roguelikes. This game is decent; however, I will hesitantly give it a thumbs down because of the lack of options. Be aware of the following... Firstly, this game needs a seizure warning; some random events cause the screen to flash in all sorts of colors. There is a lot of needless clicking; you will be clicking boxes or crates several times, providing either food, medicine, or ammo. There are no volume controls or any options, honestly. This is likely due to the engine used to create the game, which the developer mentioned in the community forum. (https://steamcommunity.com/app/1701140/discussions/0/2954915322322930678/)
As far as gameplay goes, you either create a character or use one of the archetypes. Creating the character requires you to distribute points in strength, agility, luck, survival, and intelligence, each affecting a different aspect of the gameplay explained further in the tutorial. Exploring the world requires you to click around and approach various blips on a map. These blips are either a random event, some sort of bonfire or flame, crate, nature spot, encounter, or a building. The encounters are where you experience the card game-like element of the game; you will have a weapon and a piece of equipment that provides a set of cards. Some cards are assigned to you regardless of what items you have equipped, such as "fist." It seems that the game is set by "seasons," which gets increasingly more difficult. Each season completion can unlock statues or figurines, which provide currency after each new day, allowing you to "revive" your character to continue a run. The survival aspect of the game requires you to manage your health, hunger, thirst, sanity, and hygiene. The game does have some nice visuals and music.
