An interesting roguelike. I reccomend it even if it is kind of quirky. Your soldiers have their own mind sometimes. Balance seems to be a little bit of - but it might just mean I need to play more to understand it. Some modifier can absolutely wreck you in a single map. Rerolling is your friend, but you cant do it to often.
All in all, a god game with a lot of hard decisons, good stategy and some luck.
