Alto, Literally make tanks (or anything but tanks), just get it already

It is an amazing game. I think it was worth every cent I paid. And the tanks transmissions don't break even under a 100+ tonne tank!

this game is 100% the best tank maker it allows you to go from base tank hull to a full self designed tank you can make tank destroyers, medium tanks, light tanks, heavy tanks, and ground to ground mortars

Good game as long as you select "experimental" in properties otherwise its outdated

Really good, custom battle AI needs some work, but its quite good. Only thing holding youre creativity is skill and armor turning into spikes...

Very nice game, especially for just one developer. The graphics are very good, the tank building is fun, and the experimental branch has much more to offer. I just wish it was easier to put ridiculous values in the guns and armor.

Not recommending at present due to concerns about the games long term viability. As the EA note says the timeline is no longer up to date. The game is at minimum 2 years behind schedule. It is a solo dev who has promised to hire on help but has not done so yet even though they have received the money from sales of the game. Most recent updates have been trivial or restoring lost features. The main game and the current Beta are so far apart as too be separate games. You must opt into the beta to get the latest version of the game. Looking at road map the next stage is polishing where they think the game is in a minimum finished state. Only after this polishing feature will they add on essential features such as workshop support, campaigns or missions, tutorials, achievements, multiplayer, and more design options. The game is clearly a labor of love and won't be abandoned but I don't have confidence the developer can deliver what they say they will in a timely manner or at all. Multiplayer is a major challenge especially for single devs and this is only one of the high complexity challenges this solo game dev will need to overcome before this game is 1.0

Fun and creative and in a few years when they add multiplayer its gonna be a blast though I wish there was more modern options in era for building cold war and modern for example.

Great game. Pretty fun, just needs workshop support and it'd be perfect.
