I've gotta say... I'm really enjoying Coridden. The combat is fluid and resonsive, attacks feel impactful, weapons feel like they have weight. Shifting is fluid and quick. My only suggestion would be add a wheel for hot swapping weapons and forms.

Great! Me and my partner played through co-op and had a blast. Lots of build options. We're thinking of doing another playthrough, or perhaps New Game+. The game is not without it's problems. We ran into occasional crashes and a little bit of jank with the movement. The storyline was pretty good, but the voice lines were definitely a bit rough. It's a niche indie game though, so I don't hold that against it too much.

Performance on the deck is alright, game is a bit grindy but I admit I did enjoy most of it, the camera is a pain in the butt and I wish you could control it more or zoom out further, the game can be played solo from start to finish as the tutorial mission is scripted to have the other three 'characters' to help, after that you don't see them again unless playing co-op. You can play the entire game as a human, creature or a mix of both... naturally I chose creature but you do need to be human for some interactions, cutscenes and certain creature forms are required to advance the story but after that you can continue playing in whatever form you like. [h3] Non-spoiler tips [/h3] ----------------- * It is possible to gain all achievements in your first run, newgame+ is not required and you can switch between your old/original/completed game and your NG+ from the menu which is nice. * Once you unlock the 'water creature' form that can swim in water rapids... I checked to see if the 10% speed augments work in water, sadly they do not, the augments only apply to the creature form while on land. * Even if you only use one form mainly for combat, try to keep at least one of each monster form and one of each attack type (electricity, fire, poison) in your inventory as they could be needed for things like powering an inactive fast travel (electric), removing a rock barricade (large monster form), burning away blocking foliage (fire) and so on. * You are allowed to use your creature form in the main town hub! Talk to the guards and complete a rescue mission for them and you will be allowed to stroll around in creature form, not only is it stylish but a heck of a lot faster. * You can pet the lizard doggo's that you find in various towns, sadly no one ever headpats you, though...
