MouseBot: Escape from CatLab Reviews

This little game is a real find. The early levels feel a bit too easy, especially since key controls like jump and strafe-boost are held back until later, but once you get to the tougher stages, the difficulty ramps up nicely. The arcade mode unlocked after finishing the game is a fun bonus, and I was genuinely impressed by the thoughtful level design—it almost feels like a simplified Crash Bandicoot where you're constantly moving and can't turn around. My only gripe is the speedrun achievement. The time requirements are unreasonably demanding—frame-perfect precision is needed, and I'm just not masochistic enough for that level of challenge. Overall, a great game that just might need a little adjustment on the speedrun front.
