Absolutely terrible. Gamepad support doesnt work unless you bind the keys in the options menu which is in the game and not on the main screen. No help to figure out what buttons or keys do what. O is pause menu for some reason and all the other buttons that need to be rebound would not be a big deal, except for one thing: Up, down, left, right OR WASD is backwards. You arent able to just go up when you press up or go down when you press down. You have to actually turn your hero with the Q and E buttons before you can move. But since the mouse cursor is still locked on the screen and turns with you when you m0ve...well you cant move. I have no idea what the developer was thinking when doing this, but I wrote a long list of things to him that would make the game sell better and make things easier for players. He ignored most of it, and the ones he did respond to, were refusals. Therefore...once the developer fixes the movement to how it should be, and how it is in every other action/roguelike game.....do not buy this game. I will happily edit my review to positive and rebuy the game once the following is done: 1: Combat when entering dungeons or battle areas allows the option to use auto attack and auto aim. 2: Changes the movement mechanics to WASD.....OR up, down, left, right as every other game in this genre does. 3: Completely removes the turning while walking mechanic from the game. (Q/E buttons/keys need to be gone because the only movement should be via joystick or WASD). 4: Adds a full tutorial and explanation of things when entering the game. 5: Separates the cursor movement from the gamepad via an option or auto hide when using a gamepad, because the cursor when moved, works like the Q and E turning thing and spins the hero around. 6: Allow a way to interact with objects and people......as the only action you can do is swing your sword.....and even that doesnt work well due to the fact you die from lasers when entering the first dungeon.

The movement controls are a bit unconventional at first — WASD is relative to the character instead of the screen — but you get used to it quickly, and it adds a unique twist to the gameplay. Bosses are interesting and all of them have unique mechanics. Honestly great for the price!
