It's a mobile port of a cheap Kingdom Rush clone...
My gripe is there are still bugs (it bugs you for feedback and when you agree, it sends you to a non-existing link, upgrade option for the gun doesn't work etc) and a few quality of life issues (next round call is often under the build menu and the panel for the raycast block is too big, sometimes the next round call closes the build menu and sometimes it does not etc). Not to mention the mobile port gives it some quirks of its own (the power down button exists on a pc game).
Regardless of all that, it's a half decent game. Balancing is a little off. It's often too easy and then smacks you upside your head and your dead. Worth the cheap purchase price. Even better if you get it on special.

Not a bad game at all and well worth the small amount that I paid for it. Very challenging when you get to the later levels but if you're patient and collect each daily award then you'll eventually get through. For those who enjoy tower defence games this should certainly entertain you for quite a while.

I've been playing tower defense games for years; I love a good tower defense. This game right here? Is a good tower defense.
The first few levels aren't very challenging, but they do get tougher and you need to keep up with your upgrades. I love that there are multiple difficulties on each level. There's also a good bit of strategy when you place you've first few towers every level. As you complete levels, you unlock more towers. That's a pretty unique to this game. Lots of games will let you unlock different aspects to the same towers as you level, but these are completely new towers. I'm excited to see what the thunder tower will do.
tl;dr: Interesting towers, great game play. If you like tower defense, get it.

Not quite so simplistic as it seems in the Store page and early levels - you will have to think (but not too much!!).
Good upgrade system based on the number of completion stars you gain for each level - each of the 3 levels has a different coloured star and certain upgrades can only be gained by a star of that colour.
Not quite sure how enemies might be susceptible to various damage types (if at all).
Good value for money title and am still enjoying.

Wow. No.
Imagine if you took a basic, stock tower defense game, and actually took away a bunch of features. Your end result would probably be a lot like this well named Tower Defense Simulator, as it clearly simulates a Tower Defense game, without really somehow being one.
Oh it seems to work. Sure, I recognize a lot of the monsters, and the even maps from other TD game, and the oddly generic yet chaotic collection of upgrades and tactical abilities are okay, (if often misspelled) but it just doesn't come together to make much of a game.
For example there are four starting towers you have access too, but they all do the same damage and have the same range, not just at the start, but after each upgrade. Only the rate of fire seems to change, and the cost.
Every tower shoots at the flying units, so not even sure why they have them, they still follow the roads.
Nothing seems to have a slowing affect, or a burning effect, or an area attack.
It is somehow less than the sum of it's parts, and I'm not sure how they got there. But it just isn't worth your time, or your money.
Oddly enough at one point they asked for feedback, mid-game, and it popped open my e-mail, but I didn't feel like letting them have my e-mail address. They can ask me on Steam if they care.
I might keep plugging ahead, and who knows, maybe something will change, but I really don't expect it to.
