I have liked both the games that they have made, They build an interesting world with stories that make you want to keep going. Get this game when it is on sale because it is very short, I am a slow reader and went through all the endings in just under a hour. This game and Sanator: Scarlet Scarf are too damn short and it escapes me why this game wasn't made into a add on. I was let down that the story of this game is independent of their other game, I though this might of been the next part of the story.

This is a prequel to Sanator: Scarlet Scarf, and while it explains a few things that were a bit vague in that game, I suspect its setting the scene for the game due out next year. Its short, and there are a couple of different endings as you can make some choices in the game, though this is more of a VN than a game.
The artwork is great, as is the music. Its far more polished this time around, though there are a couple of translations that read a bit odd, but the meaning is clear. The characters of the brothers are familiar and this fleshes out the hero a bit more and gives a few more clues as to his background and his relationships with the other brothers. Although this is set before Scarlet Scarf, I would not particularly recommend this to be played first, as it does rely to a certain extent on what you have learned from that game, and it does assume familiarity with the town and the brotherhood and their work. It also introduces another species into the game, the ancient inhabitants of the taiga before the town of Reustadt was founded. Its great on atmosphere, the music is suitably creepy, the artwork is dark to match the atmosphere and theme, and if you prefer to have your vn read out to you, press "v" and listen.
I have enjoyed it so far, and if you are interested in the whole series, then this is a must before the next game comes out.

I must say I was a little disappointed.
I was expecting a dark mystery / investigation story with horror elements, a lot of symbolism and a big reveal / twist towards the end... kinda like Scarlet Scarf was, you know.
Instead I've got something more akin to a young-adult generic-fantasy novel with boring descriptions of fighting (who wants to read about fighting anyway instead of playing a fighting game). There is no mystery to be solved, no horror, barely any dark or adult themes at all. Instead we get cat girls and predictable story-line. Is this series slowly turning into a generic fantasy anime? I hope not.
TL;DR
If you like to read young-adult fantasy novels, then you are going to love this visual novel too. It's not for me though.
I still recommend this VN, because I want to support the creators, but I really hope that the next entry in the series is going to be more like Scarlet Scarf and less like this.

Great but short. Much shorter than previous part.
Still, that's being said... I'm waiting for more (it can be just something from that universe).

Sanator: The Jewel of Monostructure is developer Ignis Sanat's follow-up and prequel to their previous work Sanator: Scarlet Scarf. It is a short self-contained story, and unlike its predecessor, does not bother acquainting its readers with the expansive lore or characters of its world. For this reason, I highly suggest picking up this game only after having played Scarlet Scarf.
Both though, are well worth your time and money. They boast an immersive and unique fantasy setting, interesting characters (though still a bit underdeveloped thanks to the short length of both titles), and an extremely professional UI with a slew of options. The artwork too is quite beautiful, and the music, while not spectacular, does suit well the themes presented by the game's world.
This series stands out as one of the better non-Japanese visual novels, and if you're a fan of the medium I highly suggest checking them out. I for one am greatly looking forward to the next iteration of the series, and hoping for the lengthier story necessary to flesh out the many elements presented by the first game which have been left as of yet unexplored.
If you're anything like me, and have a weird fascination with plague-themes and dark fantasy settings, grab your herbs, strap on your bird mask, and get to purifying!

The Jewel of Monostructure is a game with a misleading title.
In fact it does not revolve about jews, nor about judaistic influences in molecular chemistry.
Instead the story is set in an universe where having cat ears does not make you into a filthy degenerate, instead being a sign of descending from a civilization of hyperintelligent, malformed super empire, better known as the Furman Reich.
The gameplay revolves around fighting a catgirl, then fighting with a catgirl, and then giving it a battery because for some water filtration. Note to self: Someone spit his furballs into the water reservoir again.
Anyway, good game if you are not a dirty heathen.
God bless you.

The game is great, extremely short though. I got it on the same day that I'm writing this, and it was 100% completed (all achievements and endings) In two hours. (only skipping re-used dialogue using the in-game skip option) I loved every minute of it. It is a very lore-driven game with a lot of story packed into it. I have yet to play the game Sanator: Scarlet Scarf. (what this game is a prequel of) and bought this game on sale for $2.26. Regardless it was wonderful, and I will soon be purchasing the original game and it's soon-to-be-released sequel. I hope Miiru returns. Catgirl Supremacy.

No reviews in english yet, ay?
You should play Scarlet Scarf first. Jewel is just a short prequel that doesn't go into explanations too much. If you want to support the developer then go ahead and buy it. Art is lovely and writing is as wordy as in the first game with few mistakes here and there (not a massive problem for me but I saw people complaining about that in Scarlet Scarf). Personally I like the music but it's nothing outstanding if you feel like being a critic. It's a bit shorter than I expected but then it's not that expesive so it falls within expectations.
Still looking forward to Sanator: The Wedding. Cheers!
