Nice package, with three locos plus rolling stock. Alco's are always a nice addition to our US depots.

Quick look at the pack: https://youtu.be/Rh8U_ajvM68 ---------- Another instance in which having more than simply a "yes" or "no" as review options would be nice. + Physics feel decent enough, not too overpowered feeling as per usual TS locos, there's gradual application of power and braking + It's a BL2 for hecks sake, which we're very limited in numbers and nice to see in the game, unique + Logos/lettering and decals look good, I'd say maybe better than DTM average? + Fireball and Speed Letter liveries + Prime mover sounds while not fresh are the tried and true 567, which honestly never sounded horrible in TS compared to other stuff (for example literally every Alco ever) + Nice to see the engine compartment while it is limited modelling + Fans/rads and venting slats on the body look a step up over the norm + Optional tank covers and exterior sun visors with the press of a button (shift+T/shift+Q) + Trucks/wheels look better than typical DTM stuff (not as shiney), though I'm convinced they were borrowed from an old F model + Cabooses (Cabeese?) though old models have decent paint/weathering ~ Wabco E2 horn, same audio from other models, while not bad sounding - have a terrible instantaneous loop ~ Parts of cab and control stand look ok, just poor weathering/texture/coloring on most of the surfaces ~ Exterior doesn't look as glossy as most DTM stuff in the past but the weathering & rust look bad near the bottom of the chassis ~ 4 scenarios - The additional FA/GE 44 tonner seem pointless, they were fairly poor upon release and the age of them is glaringly apparent - The freight cars look weird, wheels look huge... I dunno something about the scale doesn't seem right. Plus they contain the worst paint/weathering of the pack and sounds older than Moses ---- Overall I think its a step forward ESPECIALLY over the DL109's but just about par for the course on DTM products. Depending on what you like and value in TS is entirely up to you - but there are areas here which seem improved - and some not so much. 6/10

I was beyond ecstatic when it was announced that this was in the works. I actually like the BL2s, and the fact that we got the WM BL2s is the icing on the cake. Pros: -This is a very appropriate add on to complement the Hanover Sub Route, as the WM BL2s wrapped up their final years in active service as yard switchers at Hagarstown, and FA1s 301 and 302 wrapped up their final years in helper service based out of Hagarstown as the last active FA1s on WM's roster. -There's finally a decent horn and bell on the GE 44-Tonner. This actually makes me want to drive it, unlike the 44-tonner that came with Springfield. -I don't mind the recycled sounds on the BL2; they're exactly the same as the Clinchfield F7/GP9, but the real WM BL2 has an A-200 on it, so the horn is more or less correct. Also, the guts for the BL2 are literally the same as GP7/F7, so it would sound the same irl. -Multiple paint schemes for the BL2 and the FA1, so you can have them for any time period -We now have a decent reason for somebody to model the Cass Scenic Railroad/Durbin and Greenbriar Valley, as FA1 302 and one of the BL2s now live on the D&GV. Cons: -I don't like the bell on the FA1. -The textures on the black FA1s [Fireball/Speed lettering] look a bit too shiny. I would've gone for a flatter Matte finish myself. -A lot of the rolling stock feels like it's recycled from the WM retro pack; apart from the cabooses, I feel like nothing new was really added.

After 1 /1/2 years the BL2 model is still broken, the truck's swing hangers are still missing! Typical DTM, no quality control, no support. Even at 50% off not recommended.

Very nice job on this. He did a nice job of showcasing this thing and re-paints are starting to show up for different roads as well. It's a good deal at full price and right now in mid March it's on sale so even a better deal.

Eh. The model is decent-ish. This locomotive has been done before by ♥♥♥♥ Cowan, at dickyjim.com, and his price is drastically better for the effort put in, in my opinion. These look OK, though the lighting is well outdated, such as the number board lightbars. Ew. The sounds can be fixed with a 3rd party pack, but its sad that one has to immediately go download a 3rd party sound pack to make these sound right. The additional content is nothing all too special either. The FA needs a sound revamp badly, as well as the 44 tonner (Have yet to EVER hear a Cummins sound like these!). Id say pick up on a sale, though one could argue its worth the price for the quantity. I personally would rather see quality though. Ill say i recommend it, but only on sale.

I've always been a fan of the BL2's so this pack is a very welcomed addition to my locomotive roster. And the fact that you get 3 locomotives with multiple paint scheme's and some rolling stock for just $19.99 is great considering you usually would pay that for just one locomotive. I highly recommend this.
