Great little game cant recommend it enough.

awesome game, but I can't figure out how to save my progress, every time I load in I have to start over

I bought this game based on some of the reviews, but I will start off by saying this is THE BEST VR cooking game on the market, if you're into simulation with a little bit of arcade. It reminds me of when I was in kindergarten playing with one of those life-sized toy kitchens with my classmates. It's not as intricate/frustrating as Cooking SImulator can be, but still PLENTY of recipes, ingredients and cooing techniques to keep you busy in EA. This is early access but it really is varied with lots of different recipes from all over the globe and feels satisfying in VR. I haven't had it that long and the dev has made some QoL improvements thus far and I'm sure it'll only get better. I highly recommend this game if you like Cooking Simulator and Overcooked.

As a chef this is not nearly as good as cooking simulator and on the first level after the tutorial it kept restarting me in spawn position over and over literally counted every 6 seconds exactly RESET i would walk or turn RESET just gave up ...

This is what its like in real life. Orders come in fast. Stuff gets burned. its brutal. But awesome......

This game is made with love. I have been in the game dev industry professionally and it was immediately obvious how much effort has gone into this game. Defo worth the price.

Completed 3 levels at the time of the review. You can tell it's just a little bit rough around the edges, but the gameplay is there. It's pretty much what I was looking for in a cooking game. Given the available amount of levels, recipes and trophies, I obviously have a long way to go. If you're looking for a cooking game, this is a pretty decent one. Will leave a few suggestions for the dev below. Suggested improvements: - Add more uses for the money you earn (cosmetics, appliances, upgrades, etc) - Loading between the garage and the truck is a bit weird, could it be somehow improved? - Max's "speaking" voice is just a little annoying. Not a big issue, but would be nice if it was a little more pleasant. - A little more engagement with the customers would add immersion. Have them stand in line, hand them the food directly rather than just throwing it out the window would be nice

Good concept, and i know this is early access game but come on! Please give us the ability to grab objects from far away!! I got instantly annoyed when i have to bend down to pick up objects that i drop on the ground because i have a small play area and you clearly state that this game can be played while seated. There is no settings to tweak either when it comes to height calibration or anything. So i will change my rating once they add: * Ability to grab objects from a distance (like the floor) And / Or being able to crouch down to pick up stuff. * Settings to change height. If those two features where available it would be much easier for players with a small play area to enjoy the game. But for now? No. It was just a hassle to play.

I really wanted to love this game, but it's just bad. overly complex and controls are bad. The cutting it doesn't work quite right. clash of chefs is better in my opinion. Although the game graphically looks great the controls are clunky and it's so bad I had to return it. Check cooking simulator vr instead.

If you're the type that likes these type of cooking games then this is for you. Normally I would never buy a cooking game but since I purchased dead hungry a few years back and enjoyed it..I thought hey ill give it a go. This game destroys it. So so much variety and stuff to cook with it becomes even more of a challenge trying to remember a recipe without wasting time looking through your cookbook. Hours and hours of content and gameplay. Definitely worth buying. Im on the valve index and controls need a little working on but nothing to worry about. Definitely has some issues but a solid start. Worth the asking price imo. Cant wait to see what gets added in the future!
